Research purposes:Oxygen Max is the accepted "gold standard" for evaluating cardiorespiratory endurance,and its value determines the body's aerobic capacity.In order to adapt to the development and application of Internet technology,methods suitable for online evaluation are needed.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to find a method of non-motion estimation of maximal oxygen uptake,which can sup-port online self-evaluation,facilitate application guidance,and achieve universal pur-pose.Subjects and methods:In this study,a total of 357 healthy college students(193 males and 164 females)with certain exercise experience or exercise habit and no ab-solute or relative contraindications were recruited on a voluntary basis.Finally,273 people(male:167,female:106)completed the maximum oxygen uptake test and filled in the questionnaire twice.Research methods included:1.Questionnaire method:including basic information,physical condition safety questionnaire(par-q)questionnaire,self-sensory function questionnaire(PFA)and physical activity ques-tionnaire(PAR),data of each variable were obtained and substituted into each predic-tion equation.2.Test method:obtain the maximum oxygen uptake as the calibration standard through the secondary exercise of the power bicycle.The equation is screened by the correlation degree between each group of inferred values and the cor-responding measured values.The screened equation is modified by regression,and fi-nally the modified equation which can be used to predict the maximum oxygen uptake online is obtained.Research results:1.Three predicted maximum oxygen uptake values which can be used to predict online by non-motion prediction method were compared with those measured by power bicycle,correlation analysis and other statistical treatment,the results show that equation three(y=48.0730+6.1779(GENDER)to 0.2463(Age)to 0.6186(BMI)(PFA)+0.6709+0.7115(PA-R))2.To improve the reliability of the predicted equation,the equation was further modified as follows:Y=50.567+4.956(GENDER)-0.843(Age)-0.342(BMI)+0.571(PFA)+0.722(PAR).After correction,it is highly correlated with the measured value(r=0.819),which has a certain reliability3.The relative maximal oxygen uptake(mse)equations for college students ma-joring in physical education were proposed,but the results showed that the correlation between each variable and the measured value was low,so it was impossible to estab-lish a reliable equationResearch conclusions1.Equation 3(y = 48.0730+6.1779(GENDER)-0.2463(Age)-0.6186(BMI)+0.7115(PFA)+0.6709(pa-r))can be used to predict the maximal oxygen uptake of non-sports college students online2.According to the relevant variables in this questionnaire,it is impossible to es-tablish a regression model applicable to college students maj oring in physical educa-tion.
