With the increasing importance of teacher education in the process of education reform,the construction of teachers' team in our country has increasingly highlighted its necessity.How to realize the professional growth and promote the initiative of professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in the process of educational reform has become an important issue in deepening the reform of teachers in the new era.In this environment,many educational theories provide researchers with an important research perspective,prompting us to explore the professional development model of teachers in depth.As a more flexible and efficient model,the famous teacher studio stands out in the research.It relies on the personality attraction of famous teacher hosts and plays a leading role in the teaching team,through online and offline research,group lectures,heterogeneous classes,send teaching to the countryside,collective lesson preparation and other activities to promote the operation,constantly leading teachers to obtain professional development.Based on this background,this study takes the teacher professional development community as the perspective,selects the Hainan province primary and secondary school famous teacher studio as the research object,selects its operation as the research breakthrough point,summarizes the Hainan province primary and secondary school famous teacher studio operation process question,and carries on the attribution,the analysis,puts forward some optimization suggestions to the Hainan province primary and secondary school famous teacher studio follow-up operation.This thesis,on the premise of clarifying the origin of the research and understanding the previous research results,mainly through the literature method,interview method,case analysis method to carry out follow-up work.The research recognizes that the research of famous teacher studio should be supported by learning organization theory,lifelong education theory,group dynamics theory,and clarify the relationship between teacher professional development community and famous teacher studio.Through observation and interview,the author summarizes the annual publication of the studio,the collection and analysis of primaryand secondary data,summarizes the general situation of the famous teachers' studio in Hainan Province,and selects two levels of primary and secondary schools,principal,Chinese and English,and forms typical cases to investigate the operation and problems of famous teachers' Studios.And the causes of the above problems in-depth analysis,from the actual situation,put forward the practical significance of the operation mode of the famous teacher studio,strive for its professional development of teachers have a better role in promoting,and improve the Hainan Province famous teacher studio model commission some suggestions.It is found that the operation of famous teachers' studios in primary and secondary schools in Hainan Province has some problems,such as unclear purpose of members' own development,uneven personnel of collective activities,reluctance to put forward different opinions,low activity and high pressure,which are caused by inconsistent vision,conflict of work,low knowledge conversion rate,poor atmosphere and inappropriate assessment regulations.To these issues,this study puts forward some suggestions to improve the operation of famous teacher studio from the perspective of the construction of common vision,the way of collective activities,the sharing of knowledge and wisdom,the construction of atmosphere and the support of rules and regulations.To sum up,the famous teacher studio is a community with the aim of teachers' professional development,and it is an important form that must appear in the process of teachers' professional development.
