Under the background of the rapid development of "Internet + education" model,improving information literacy and focusing on building a new model of talent training have become an important issue at present.All over the country have made innovations and made continuous attempts to improve the level of teachers and build quality teachers.Since 2019,Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education has begun to organize and implement the project of Jiangsu Online Master Studio,and has formulated detailed construction plans and management methods to vigorously promote the construction of online master studio.Based on this background,this study selects three online master studios in the subject of information technology in Y City,Jiangsu Province as the research object,takes their construction and operation as the research entry point,summarizes the problems and practical difficulties in their development process,and puts forward suggestions for the optimization of subsequent development and operation.Based on the knowledge of the previous research results and the preliminary understanding of the online master studios in Y City,this study classified the five online master studios of information technology subject established by three batches in Y City are classified according to their development stage,main study period and studio theme,and selected three information technology online master studios as research objects.Based on the literature research and the assessment index of the online master teacher studios in Jiangsu Province,this paper constructs an analysis framework for evaluating the current operation of the online master teacher studios from the actual situation,including four dimensions,such as platform construction,team construction,research and training activities and teacher development.Based on this,the research methods of internet ethnology,questionnaire survey and interview are adopted to carry out in-depth investigation on the selected three information technology online master studios,and analyzes,codes,induces and integrates the collected data,and makes a detailed analysis of the construction and operation status of the three information technology online master studios,and further excavates the problems and obstacles and realistic predicament in their development process.The research found that there are many problems in the construction and operation of the three online master studios,such as unclear common vision,unbalanced work,unclear network advantages,insufficient investment in resource construction,and inconspicuous highquality achievements.The internal causes of the above problems are deeply analyzed,and combined with the construction strategy and management experience of the excellent information technology online master studio,this study puts forward the promotion strategies and improvement suggestions for the future development and operation path of the online master studio from four aspects:"improve the incentive mechanism,establish a common vision"."make full use of network advantages,innovate teaching and research mode","create characteristic projects,do a good job in popularizing radiation" and "increase resource input and establish complete guarantee".In order to promote the high-quality construction and development of the online master studio in Y city,improve the level of teacher team construction,and also hope to provide reference for the construction and management of online master studio and other related research.
