The tourism industry in the new century has turned to the experiential and leisure vacation tourism model.With the wide recognition of the concept of sustainable development,the ecotourism industry has flourished.The following problems are the unique needs of local ecotourism construction and the surge in demand for talents.Secondary vocational schools,as the cradle of local tourism skills training,deeply excavate local ecological elements,establish the characteristics of running schools,so as to maintain the sustainable and stable development of schools,which has become a key issue to be considered in running secondary vocational schools.School-based curriculum provides a new direction for secondary vocational schools to seek the road of characteristic development.However,at present,there are not many school-based curriculum development in secondary vocational schools based on the perspective of ecotourism industry,which does not match the good development trend of ecotourism.Therefore,the school-based curriculum development of secondary vocational school based on ecotourism industry focuses on Anji,the birthplace of the concept of "Liang Shan".Through the method of case study,this paper studies the school-based curriculum development of "Home-Stay tourism Management practice" in a secondary vocational school in Anji.In the course of the research,first of all,the demand analysis is carried out for the school-based curriculum development of " Home-Stay tourism Management practice ".Through questionnaire survey method and interview method to collect first-line data to sort out and sum up,this paper briefly describes the necessity and feasibility factors of carrying out " Home-Stay tourism Management practice " development and design of " Home-Stay tourism Management practice " is carried out.Secondly,this paper expounds the design process of school-based curriculum development,such as the principle of school-based curriculum development,the formulation of curriculum standards,the establishment of curriculum objectives,the design of curriculum content,the design of learning resources,the compilation of school-based teaching materials,the creation of teaching environment and so on.Thirdly,the specific implementation process of school-based curriculum is analyzed,and the practical process of school-based curriculum is presented.The second questionnaire and interview are used to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum implementation from both qualitative and quantitative levels.Finally,this paper thinks about the problems in the implementation of school-based curriculum,in order to find effective improvement measures,and puts forward some suggestions and prospects for the development of school-based curriculum in " Home-Stay tourism Management practice ".Through the research of school-based curriculum development,the research results are as follows:(1)Relying on the construction of "Liang Shan" schools of famous secondary vocational schools,the school-based curriculum construction can be carried out through the cooperation of "school,government and enterprise".The school-based curriculum development team is composed of tourism and cross-professional backbone teachers,industry experts and enterprise elites,each of which focuses on curriculum development:(2)According to the objectives and concepts of curriculum development,the curriculum standards are formulated,Anji local ecological resources are excavated,school-based teaching materials and other teaching resources are compiled,so that students can "learn by doing",so as to stimulate students' team cooperation ability and innovation ability;(3)To set up the project task to take the transformation of ?Mei Yuan? Home-stay tourism as a training case to guide students to master the knowledge and skills of Home-Stay tourism Management and improve their professional literacy under the ecotourism industry;(4)To establish the evaluation index system of curriculum effectiveness.Through the relevant curriculum implementation data collection,statistical analysis to form objective effectiveness evaluation conclusions,in order to promote the further adjustment and improvement of school-based curriculum,and improve the curriculum reuse rate.In order to further excavate the elements of ecotourism in order to promote the implementation of school-based curriculum of " Home-Stay tourism Management practice ",so as to provide reference for the development of school-based curriculum of secondary vocational school,reflect on the problems and shortcomings existing in the development of school-based curriculum,and put forward the following suggestions:(1)broaden the scope of application of specialty and expand the content of school-based curriculum according to the actual growth of students Pay attention to the cultivation of teachers' practical ability,coordination ability and organizational ability,and improve the comprehensive ability of teachers in many dimensions,so as to improve the efficiency of school-based curriculum implementation.(3)improve the assessment method,on the basis of the current assessment,properly incorporate the requirements of enterprise posts and regulations into the assessment of students,so as to be in line with the actual post standards;(4)enrich the teaching methods to increase practical training opportunities.Due to the limitation of students' actual study life,activity track and course time,it is suggested that the practical training simulation Mini Game should be developed to reduce the training cost and enhance the training experience at the same time.
