Cheer leading is a perfect combination of the elements of unarmed gymnastics,aerobics and all kinds of dance with rhythm,forming unique sports characteristics,along with music and clothing.The change of team type and the marking of items and other elements to show the beauty of students' sports is a new form of sports event which integrates artistic,competitive,ornamental,and so on.Cheer leading originated in the United States in 1877 and was introduced into our country in 2002.Because it is a popular sport full of sunshine,fashion and team spirit,it is sought after by teenagers in Chinese universities and primary schools.Although the sport of cheer leading is only developing in our country Primary stage,but in our country's development momentum is very swift and violent.This paper takes the present situation of the elementary school cheerleading in Ningbo as the research object,and investigates the teachers and students of 12 schools,through the method of literature and questionnaire,This paper makes a deep investigation and analysis on the present situation of the primary school cheerleading project in Ningbo by the methods of mathematical statistics and logic analysis.The results are as follows:In terms of adaptive function,the exchange of information between school and society is not smooth,the project of campus cheerleading can not meet the needs of the times,and the pace of development is slow;In the aspect of the function of achieving the goal,the understanding of cheerleading is insufficient,the formulation of the goal is not clear,and the implementation efficiency is low;in the aspect of the integration function,the resources in the school cannot be effectively integrated,and the mobilization of the resources outside the school is insufficient,which affects the overall development of the cheerleading project;In the aspect of mode maintenance,the system and propaganda of the cheerleading project are not in place,which leads to the lack of strong atmosphere of the campus cheerleading culture.In view of the existing problems,the corresponding strategies are given according to the AGIL theory model.1.In the general environment where the country advocates cheerleading into the campus,schools should always pay attention to the dynamics of cheerleading,take the initiative to obtain information and resources related to cheerleading,and effectively use it in teaching.2.To formulate a scientific and reasonable objective for the development of cheerleading,to strengthen the awareness of cheerleading,to clarify the requirements,and to strive to achieve the goal of learning gymnastics for all.Deal with the relationship between the various elements of cheerleading,make full use of the school resources,in the interpersonal,human,material,financial and other aspects to meet the needs of the development of cheerleading projects.4.In mode maintenance At the same time,we should establish a unified system to cultivate the atmosphere of everyone to learn and conduct,increase propaganda,spread the culture of cheerleading,and take its spirit deeply into the hearts of the people.
