Cheerleading its united,progressive,positi ve spirit infected with primary and secondary students。It is a good sport for prim ary and secondary school students to exercise and hone the will。Changchun City,the capital of Jilin province as is the geometric center of cities in the Northeast Asia economic circle,but Cheerleading development projects in Changchun late,it is still in the primary stage,especially the various problems encountered in the d evelopment process of primary and secondary schools。In order to find out the problems and solve them,accelerate the pace of deve lopment of Cheerleading in primary and middle schools in the city of Changchun。In this paper,Cheerleading Changchun City Schools to carry out the status quo as the research object,and made a random sample of 20 primary and secondary sch ool students,teachers,leadership as the research object,through the literature dat a method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical sta tistics and other research methods,systematic study Cheerleading in Changchun Ci ty elementary and middle schools to carry out the present situation,find out the i nfluence of Cheerleading development factors,and carry out a reasonable opinions of Cheerleading in primary and secondary schools in Changchun City。Through investigation and study found out the restrict factors in development of cheerleading factors in Changchun have: leadership attention is not enough,lack of policy and lack of funds,facilities;lack of physical education teachers trainin g system, professional quality is poor,lack of ideological continuing education;the field of scientific research ability is weak,lack of related academic and teachin g materials;relatively old-fashioned teaching methods,so it is unable to correctly guide students cognitive cheerleading; single teaching content,curriculum system is imperfect;school propaganda is not enough, some parents lack of correct underst anding of Cheerleading。Aiming at the problems found out for the cheerleading development suggestio ns are as follows:strengthen the leadership attention, to increase funding for the p roject,to improve the hardware facilities;optimize the quality of physical educati on teachers;enrich the teaching system and teaching content,carrying out cheerle ading with various forms;intensify propaganda and help students increase cognitiv e;establish cheerleading management institutions,organize cheerleading competitio n,broaden sources of funding。...
