The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward: "special education should be well run so that every disabled child can receive a fair and quality education." Is the new requirement of the new age of socialism with Chinese characteristics and new vision,education,government education departments intensify efforts to promote fusion with special needs of disabled children are no longer focused on the special education school,but came to the school and entered the normal school life learning,has obtained the certain result,fusion education is extending pre-school and vocational education.Social development of children is related to the formation of healthy personality of children in the future.Preschool integration of hearing-impaired children is in the preliminary stage.Scholars focus on the analysis of preschool integration model and theoretical basis,but seldom study the individual social development of hearing-impaired children.In this paper,on the basis of existing research,the integrated use of individual interview,education narrative research methods,from the influence factors of children's social development,teachers' influence,peer relations,environmental adaptation,such as dimension,case of deaf children socially in development,natural observation records and interviews about learning partners,teachers and parents,the text analysis the content of the records.The findings are as follows: 1.Teachers' love and respect for children in pre-school integrated education can help hearing-impaired children to establish confidence in communication.2.,peer care in preschool integrated education helps stimulate the hearing-impaired children's desire for communication.3.the demonstration of the role model,promote hearing impaired children and peer interaction,learn to cooperate and share.4.the hearing-impaired children establish the rule consciousness consciously in the fusion,for integrates into the society to lay the solid foundation.
