With the deepening reform of talent development strategy in the country and local areas,as a high-level talent gathering place,how to attract,outsiders,retain and educate people has become an important issue.In order to attract people better,more scientifically and accurately,to do a good job in talent recruitment service,and to ensure the rapid development of the university has become the consensus of the whole school.Firstly,this paper evaluates the theory of business process reengineering(BPR),analyses the basic ideas,principles,methods and processes of BPR,and describes the relationship between BPR and informatization.At the same time,the theory of recruitment management is analyzed comprehensively,and the connotation,basic process,influencing factors and related research of recruitment management process reengineering are summarized.This paper diagnoses and analyses the business process of recruitment management in A University,and concludes that in the three stages of planning,implementation and employment,the time cycle of each link node can not be controlled,the division of authority is not clear,the pre-and-post processes are independent,and the pure manual operation is the problem,whether from the planning to the final hiring to the post.There has always been a situation of slow progress,long cycle,duplicate labor and low efficiency of recruitment.In view of this phenomenon,this paper puts forward the process design as the center to shorten the recruitment cycle,improve the recruitment efficiency and improve the quality of service.The recruitment management information system is introduced to optimize the original manual paper operation process and reduce the arbitrariness of manual operation through the information system.In the case of high efficiency and low accuracy,some links,such as form review,resume distribution and personnel summary,are shortened from the time-consuming period of one to two weeks to the automatic completion of the system,which greatly improves efficiency,reduces duplication of work,improves correctness and guarantees the quality of service.Through the process combing,simplify some redundant links,reduce process delays,integrate the whole recruitment planning,implementation andhiring three processes,so that the three processes are independent but mutually restrictive,the pre-order process effectively controls the post-order process,and the division of labor is clear,so as to effectively achieve the goal of process reengineering.Finally,the effect of process reengineering is compared and analyzed.It is concluded that some links shorten the time cycle,run times,improve the correct rate and have a good monitoring effect.
