China's opinions on the further reform and development of special education during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period have made it clear that schools should carry out various forms of sports activities and open physical education classes and competitions in accordance with the characteristics of disabled students,so that disabled students can master the correct way of physical exercise and form the habit of physical exercise so as to promote the improvement of their physical health. However, the seven large-scale national physical health surveys organized by the whole country and the national students' physical health standards are all sound students. These research and evaluation standards ignore the deaf-mute students.Because of the significant difference between deaf-mute students and healthy students in physical health level,deaf-mute students should have a set of evaluation criteria that fit their own. Therefore,it is urgent to study a set of evaluation criteria for assessing the physical health status of deaf-mute students and promoting their physical health level.By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, testing and mathematical statistics, this paper takes 595 deaf-mute adolescents aged 16-18 in Fujian Province as the research object, and 1255 healthy adolescents aged 16-18 in Fujian Province as the control group.Based on the analysis of the differences between deaf-mute adolescents and healthy students of the same age,the index of physical health evaluation of deaf-mute adolescents is constructed.Standard model, weight model, mean model and evaluation model. The results are as follows:1.The overall level of physical fitness of deaf-mute adolescents aged 16-18 in Fujian Province is significantly lower than that of healthy students of the same age, which highlights the necessity of building a physical health evaluation model for deaf-mute adolescents in Fujian Province.2.The overall level of physical fitness of deaf-mute adolescents aged 16-18 in Fujian Province increases with the increase of age, which conforms to the development law of sound students' physical fitness.3.The main components of the physical health evaluation criteria for deaf-mute boys and girls aged 16-18 in Fujian Province are divided into four aspects: body shape, body function, sports quality and balance quality.4.The physical fitness evaluation index model of deaf-mute teenagers aged 16-18 in Fujian Province is constructed, which consists of height, weight,BMI,vital capacity,1000 meters, grip strength,push-ups,standing long jump, rope jumping,50 meters, sitting forward bending,12 items of standing with one foot closed eyes, and 12 items of standing. The physical fitness evaluation index model of deaf-mute teenagers aged 16-18 in Fujian Province is constructed, which includes height, weight,BMI,vital capacity,800 meters.Grasp strength,1 minute sit-ups,standing long jump, rope jump,50 meters, sitting forward bend;12 items of standing with one foot closed eyes.5.Construct the weight model of the first and second indexes of physical health evaluation for deaf-mute adolescents aged 16-18 in Fujian Province.6.The average model, individual scoring criteria and comprehensive evaluation criteria of physical health of deaf-mute adolescents in Fujian Province were constructed.Conclusion:1.The overall level of physical fitness of deaf-mute adolescents aged 16-18 in Fujian Province is significantly lower than that of healthy students of the same age, which highlights the necessity of building a physical health evaluation model for deaf-mute adolescents in Fujian Province.2.The index model, weight model, mean model and evaluation model of physical health of deaf-mute adolescents in Fujian Province are constructed.
