The deaf-mute person is a special group.Because hearing and speech function are destroyed,they affect their ability to communicate and communicate with the outside world,making them unable to live a normal life.The number of deaf and mute people in our country is huge.Despite many years,the state has continuously increased its concern and support for deaf-mute persons and all kinds of persons with disabilities from the aspects of legislation,system design,and social care.However,overall,deaf and mute people are still typical vulnerable groups in the society.The level of education is not high,the standard of living is very low,social relations are narrow,there are few employment opportunities,and social integration difficulties have not been fundamentally changed.Therefore,how to enhance the self-confidence of deaf-mute people and their ability to integrate into society will be the focus of deaf-mutes assistance in the future,and cultural and sports activities are considered to be an important form and means to achieve this goal.Fundamentally speaking,deaf and mute people participate in cultural and sports activities,and they can meet the needs of the deaf and mute people to participate in collective activities and social integration,as well as the need for community development and harmonious social development.However,the study found that compared with other groups,the participation rate of deaf and muted humanistic activities was the lowest.Under normal circumstances,the deaf-mute person's knowledge of cultural and sports activities will affect their willingness to participate,and they will be negatively convinced that participation in cultural and sports activities is inconvenient and shameful due to obstacles caused by their own and external environment.With professional guidance and other factors,it can be said that the community's protection of deaf and muted people's physical and sports activities has little protection.From the analysis of the deaf-mute person's own reasons to the deaf and mute person's environment and other factors,how to improve the ability of the deaf-mute person to participate in cultural and sports activities is the key.Only by continuously improving the ability to participate can the deaf-mute person lose no time to carry out the rehabilitation of the deaf-mute person related tocultural and sports activities.Projects and strengthening of the prevention of deaf-mute persons' disability should be promoted vigorously in order to achieve the goal of equal participation in social life through the participation of cultural and sports activities.Only by improving the disability of the deaf and dumb person and increasing the employment rate of the deaf and deaf can we speed up the development of deaf-mute education to reverse the backwardness of education for the disabled,thereby improving the deaf-mute worker's work system,strengthening the deaf-mute person's socialized management,and expanding the deaf and mute person's philanthropy.Guarantee the true rights and interests of deaf and mute people.From the perspective of cognitive behavioral therapy and the theory of empowerment of deaf and muted people,in the form of literature research and field research,we analyzed the degree of participation in deaf and muted humanistic activities in the current social context and the ability of deaf and mute people to participate in cultural and sports activities.Ascension,as well as the effectiveness of personal and family support systems for deaf and mute persons.Through observations,it was found that deaf and dumb people,especially younger deaf people,are eager to participate in cultural and sports activities.However,due to the constraints of various factors,they are involved in infrequent,in-depth,inactive,and involuntary will is not obvious.The participation process is often passive.The paper uses the specific practice methods of individual case work to personalize the one-on-one service,make it truly help,change self-cognition,resolve inner problems,face problems of themselves and their families,and gradually take the initiative to participate in cultural and sports activities.From the G District Rehabilitation Service Center,select deaf and dumb people with outstanding problems to carry out case work.The social worker and the case explore the development method of promoting the ability to participate in the deaf and dumb person and body activities and construct the support of the deaf and mute in the process of practical intervention.System,shaping the surrounding environment,overcoming barriers to participation in deaf and muted human and physical activities,improving the ability to participate in deaf and muted humanities activities,and promoting deaf-mutes to become an important part of community participation and even social participation.The involvement of individual case work has brought remarkable results in the willingness and ability to participate in the deaf-mute humanistic activities.After evaluation,it was found that the behavior of trainees has been positivelychanged.The trainees have initially recognized the benefits and importance of participating in physical exercise and cultural activities in self-cognition,and actively requested that the sports training team of the handicapped sports center should be returned as an athlete.The trainees have been improved in emotional management.They do not easily vent their emotions to their parents and others.They do not produce excessive behaviors and their hearts are no longer closed.Students learn the meaning of cultural and sports activities in the context of their willingness and ability to participate in cultural and sports activities.Labor training and sports training have improved individual capabilities,strengthened interpersonal tightness,and enhanced their ability to participate in other activities in society.This article discusses the recovery of positive attitude towards the life of the individual case and discusses the issues related to the participation of the cultural and sports activities.The specific case work helps self-help and has important guiding significance for improving the use of the deaf-mute person and body activities.Social worker groups that can help with professionalism and professional services are valued and recognized by the general public and are conducive to the development of a harmonious society.
