Study On The Supervision Of Private Kindergartens In Shijiazhuang

At present,the number of private kindergartens in Shijiazhuang has far exceeded the number of public kindergartens and kindergarten enrollment,is the main strength of the current preschool education institutions.With the continuous growth and development of private kindergartens in Shijiazhuang,many problems have gradually emerged.The survival status of some private kindergartens is extremely difficult.Therefore,how to run private kindergartens well and better promote the healthy development of kindergartens has become a new task in the field of preschool education.This paper takes private kindergartens in Shijiazhuang as the main research object,gives full play to the leading role of the government from the perspective of public management,and conducts in-depth and detailed analysis and investigation on various problems existing in private kindergartens.Through investigation and research,it is found that there are some problems in the supervision of private kindergartens in Shijiazhuang,such as imperfect access mechanism,insufficient support,imperfect charging mechanism and inadequate supervision.The main reasons for these problems lie in the application of government supervision tools and obstacles to the main body,imperfect laws and administrative regulations,deviation in the supervision of private education,adverse social environment of private kindergartens and other factors.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward specific improvement measures from three aspects: strict pre-industry access mechanism,strengthening daily supervision of private kindergartens,and strengthening post-supervision of private kindergartens.Based on the effective supervision of private kindergartens under the leadership of the government,this paper provides reasonable Suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of kindergartens,hoping to provide some experience for the preschool education in Shijiazhuang.
