Research On The Relationship Among Self-worth, Equity Sensitivity And Cooperation Of College Students

In the era of market economy,cooperation is an optimal choice in all kinds of decision-making.But because everyone has different expectations for the return of cooperation,that is,equity sensitivity is different,people's willingness to cooperate will be different.This expectation of return may reflect people's internal needs and reflect the differences in self-awareness.As an important part of self-awareness,self-worth may have an important impact on people's return expectations.People with high self-worth may have more inner fullness,less external needs,and lower return expectations.In order to make an in-depth analysis of the above relationship,this paper discusses the relationship among self-worth,equity sensitivity and cooperation from two aspects of attitude and behavior.This study is mainly divided into two parts.The self-worth,equity sensitivity and cooperative personality of college students were measured and statistically analyzed by using the Self-worth Scale for Adolescents,Equity Sensitivity Instrument and the Scale of Cooperative and Competitive Personality.The results show that the scores of self-worth of individual orientation and social orientation can significantly positively predict equity sensitivity and cooperative personality,and equity sensitivity also has a significant positive predictive effect on cooperative personality.Through the intermediary effect test,it is found that equity sensitivity plays a mediating role in the influence of self-worth of social orientation on cooperative personality,but not significantly in the influence of self-worth of individual orientation on cooperative personality.In order to make the experimental situation more real,the second study designed a flower game task on the basis of the classical repeated prisoner's dilemma.Then the recall writing task was used to initiate the subjects' self-worth,and the subjects were divided into individual orientation priming group,social orientation priming group and control group.The three groups of subjects completed the flower game task with three types of simulated subjects with different willingness to cooperate(high,medium and low)controlled by the program,and the equity sensitivity and cooperative behavior constructed in the program were used as dependent variables forming a 3 × 3 mixed experimental design.Through repeated measurement analysis of variance,it was found that the main effect of priming group was significant,the equity sensitivity and cooperative behavior of individual orientation priming group and social orientation priming group were higher than those of the control group,and the main effect of others' willingness to cooperate was significant.when others' willingness to cooperate is high and middle,the equity sensitivity and cooperative behavior are higher than others' willingness tocooperate is low;The interaction effect between them also reached a significant level.When the opponent's willingness to cooperate was low,the individual orientation priming group and the social orientation priming group were higher than the control group in equity sensitivity and cooperation behavior,but when the opponent's willingness to cooperate was moderate and high,this difference does not exist.In addition,in different self-worth priming groups,equity sensitivity has a significant positive predictive effect on cooperative behavior.The results of this study show that no matter those who pay attention to self-growth to gain a sense of value,or those who gain a sense of value through affirmed by others,they are more able to accept temporary losses and show more cooperation in the cooperative relationship.And facing to people who are low willingness to cooperate with others,people with a high self-worth can still choose to give them a few more opportunities to correct,and show more acceptance;But in general,everyone is more willing to accept temporary losses for people who are willing to cooperate,and are more willing to cooperate with these people.
