Cooperation behavior is one of the important ingredients of prosocial behavior.National policy and experts believe that cooperation is of great importance to the development of children and put forward the idea that games under the guidance of teachers serve to develop children's cooperative ability.Constructive play is one of the most popular games for children,and to better accomplish it,the constructive play with complex themes involves the mutual cooperation between children.Therefore,it is an important strategy to promote the cooperation behavior of children in the constructive play.This study mainly uses the means of experimental intervention and develops cooperation guidance with constructive play on 4-5 years old children.Two natural classes in Shanghai W kindergarten are selected as the sample of the study.The experiment was designed as a pretest and posttest quasi experimental group,and divided into intervention experiment and migration experiment.In the intervention experiment,the game was designed on the basis of the cooperation strategy and the cooperative behavior.The cooperation guidance was carried out in the experimental class for 6 weeks,while such guidance was not carried out in the control class.After the experiment,the test began and then the delayed test was carried out after 12 weeks.The migration experiment is to observe the cooperation behavior of the children in the role play,in order to investigate the migration of the cooperative guidance.The results are as follows:(1)The intervention effect was obvious,through cooperative guidance in constructive play,the cooperation behavior and cooperation level of the experimental class children have been improved.(2)The cooperative skills and strategies the experimental class children gain in the cooperative constructive play instruction can be effectively reflected in the role play.(3)Cooperative guidance in the constructive play has a lasting effect on children's cooperative behavior.Compared with previous literature,the conclusion of this study indicates more clearly that the cooperative instruction in constructive play can not only promote children's cooperative behavior,but also it has enriched the guiding strategy of promoting children's cooperative behavior.At the same time,it provides a reference for teachers to promote children's cooperative behavior in daily life.
