The research via analyzes for relevant information of sports hosting and long-term mechanism,and combines the current status of sports hosting in Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang City and discuss the methods and mechanisms that can enable the long-term development of sports hosting in Yuhua District,Shijiazhuang City.It provides theoretical references to solve the "three-and-a-half-point" problem that has arisen in society.In order to get know to the current situations of “Sport-hosting” of Yuhua District,this paper uses questionnaire survey methods,expert interview methods,and field survey methods for research,torfei and math ematical statistics methods for research.Via hierarchy random methods select eighteen primary schools as investigate objects,and select one-thousand students and parents,seventy-seven teachers and eighteen leaders as investigate objects.Research results: Through a series of interviews,the author understands that there are currently large loopholes in publicity,security,reward incentives,and supervision and evaluation of primary school sports hosting in Yuhua District,Shijiazhuang City:Via torfei and math ematical statistics methods,analy and evaluate long-term mechian.Specific problem like below show:(1)For some reasons,some schools still do not carry out after-school sports trusteeship services.Of the 18 primary schools surveyed,two still do not.(2)According to the survey of the current situation,it is found that 71% of schools develop football and track and field events with highest rate.,Volleyball has the lowest rate of development,with only one school.Schools with a duration of 60-90 minutes were the largest(52.2 per cent),with the smallest number of students participating in sports trusteeship and the largest number of key primary schools.(3)At present,the competent education department of Yuhua District has not issued relevant policy documents as guidelines for primary school sports hosting,which has led to a wide range of sports hosting developments and different results.(4)Limited equipment on the school grounds limits the number of people participating in sports hosting.62.3 percent of teachers believe that the school space is small enough to meet the need for sports trusteeship,87.3 percent believe that the school space is small and the scope of activities is limited,and 66.4 percent participate in sports clubs or special sports classes on weekends or at other times to study sports of their interest.(5)The resources of PE teachers in schools are limited,69% of schools have external PE teachers,and 62.5% of school leaders believe that the number of PE teachers in our school is relatively small,which is insufficient to carry out sports trusteeship work.(6)Due to the impact of test-oriented education,49.4% of parents agree that "cultural studies are more important than physical activities ".In the course of field interviews,some teachers also mentioned that the evaluation of school teaching quality by the Education Bureau is mostly based on academic achievement,so many schools can only pay more attention to students' cultural courses.(7)During the investigation,64.9% of parents indicated that they knew that the issue of sports trusteeship was not through schools,and that teachers had not organized specific publicity campaigns on the matter.88.7% of the schools that have carried out awareness-raising activities are advertised online or in the form of a letter.(8)6.3% of school leaders reported that the education authorities did not conduct regular inspections of sports trusteeship.79.7% and 71 % of schools did not ask students and parents about the impact of sports trusteeship.Analysis conclusion:(1)Through the analysis of the effect of sports hosting in Yuhua District Primary School in Shijiazhuang,24% of the students reported that sports hosting has improved their learning efficiency,and 15.4% of students believe that sports hosting has improved their athletic level,11.4% Students believe that sports hosting improves their social skills.(2)The publicity work of primary school sports trust in Yuhua District,Shijiazhuang City is not in place,the publicity means are single,and the propaganda is relatively small;there are few incentives and incentives,which can not improve the enthusiasm of schools and teachers;the supervision and evaluation mechanism is not perfect and there is no effective curriculum Post-evaluation methods and monitoring measures;the responsibility mechanism is not clear,and the competent departments and schools do not have a clear division of responsibilities.(3)In the process of sports trusteeship in the primary school of Yuhua District,Shijiazhuang City,leaders and parents pay less attention to sports trusteeship,the development is not satisfactory,there are no unified standards and policies and regulations that can be used as a basis,and there is no policy guarantee;the venue The small size and lack of teacher resources have led to fewer sports trust projects carried out by the school,which cannot meet the diverse needs of students.(4)Through research on the long-term mechanism of primary school sports trusteeship in Yuhua District,Shijiazhuang City,it is found that it mainly includes 5first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators including publicity mechanism,guarantee mechanism,reward and incentive mechanism,supervision and evaluation mechanism and responsibility mechanism And 44 three-level indicators,of which the guarantee mechanism occupies the most important position.
