The Design And Experimental Research Of The Short Soldier Sports Competition Method

As an important part of wushu in Chinese traditional sports,the short soldier has a long history and profound cultural background.In the long history of the development of wushu,the short soldier as the representative of the apparatus class retains the essence of the traditional wushu.In the process of its development,it was also set up as a teaching subject of the "central national martial arts museum".Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the state sports commission has attached great importance to wushu,which has been included in the competitions.Since then,martial arts short soldiers as a course in sports schools,but not as a competitive event for the competition.It was not until 1979 that the national wushu excavation and arrangement work was carried out that the state again paid attention to it.Experiments,public performances and internal exchanges were carried out,and research competitions were conducted.Competition rules and judging laws,short soldier etiquette,ground facilities and protective equipment were further improved,which established a preliminary framework for the further development of short soldier.After nearly a century of development,the bloody and violent confrontation has become the current confrontation between civilizations."touch it and go" and "skill to win" are the needs of social development and progress,as well as the exquisite techniques of ancient short weapons.In the process of the development of the short soldier movement in modern times,there are relatively few systematic open competitions.In order to guide the development direction of the short soldier technology,a relatively scientific method of short soldier movement competition is urgently needed.The short soldier movement pays more attention to the characteristics of "heavy technique without gravity" and better reflects the traditional sword technology.As a competitive sports event with a strong national form,it displays its unique technical form and technical connotation.In designing its competition methods,it should not only highlight its individual technique characteristics,but also embody traditional Chinese cultural thoughts.This study mainly USES the method of literature,interview,Delphi and experiment to design and experiment the method of short soldier sports competition.On the basis of literature review of sports related short weapon for different populations(short soldiers experts,coaches and referees,martial arts teacher,athletes,etc.)for interviews,mainly to understand the origin of the short,technical features and culture origin,competition rules,competition way and other details of the current development,analyzes the problem and provides some enlightenment to solicit opinions and Suggestions and thinking;In addition,in order to design a set of fair and just way short weapon competition,by using Delphi method to learn more and more experts,more than selecting short soldiers sports related experts,coaches and referees,depending on the concerned expert knowledge,experience and judgment ability,using the questionnaire,consulting relevant experts,according to the check data compiled a set of cultural heritage as the main line,with the dominant ideology of skills of short weapon competition way,ask an expert to determine,correction;Finally,in order to verify the maneuverability and scientific nature of the "short arms competition method" in this study,the guidance of the "short arms competition method" on the short arms competition technology is tested,and the effect of the design on the short arms competition confrontation.The experimental group was divided into the experimental group and the experimental group of gold armour.From September 2019 to January 2020,the 2019 undergraduate students majoring in traditional ethnic sports from the college of physical education of hebei normal university were selected as the experimental subjects and the teaching experiment was conducted.In March 2020,five groups of professional fighters were tested at phuket jinja base in Thailand to verify the results.Research conclusions:(1)of this study was to identify the short weapon competition method is based on "skills to win" and "light touch" "pay attention to the inheritance and integration" as the guiding ideology,Chinese traditional culture "cultivate one's morality self-control" principle,short movement affect and interest principle,sports competition and fair principle,the principle of promoting the sustainable development of short soldier movement,short soldier in the guidance and basic implementation of this study on the implementation of the sports competition way.(2)the "seven-point deduction system" can effectively improve the intensity of the game,improve the athletes' active attack rate,force the athletes to have the consciousness of scrambling for points,make the game more enjoyable,and avoid the phenomenon of "wandering".Golden armour experimental group accounted for 60% of the score table in each game with more than 7 points,and finished the game with 7 points in advance,accounting for 46.7%,indicating that the 7-point deduction system is more suitable for short arms sports competition.(note: the "7-point deduction system" is a fixed point value of 7 points per game for each player.The two parties shall have a deduction competition.Or,a game lasts two minutes,and at the end of the game,the one with the highest score is the winner.Win in a best-of-three game system.(3)promoting to win of guiding ideology,from the point of attack situation,teaching experimental group active attack rate was 45.5%,the shining golden group active attack rate was 57.6%,the two experimental group has the highest proportion of active attack rate,flexible in use of technology in the game,speed,display technology is clever,to shorten the time of the whole game,speed up the rhythm,make the game more ornamental and severity.(4)advocate the gentleman's dispute,point to stop.The system of "hit and stop" is adopted to improve the athletes' active attack rate and self-binding force,effectively avoid the phenomenon of "random chopping" and retaliatory chopping in actual combat,and ensure the safety of the competition.(5)pay attention to the inheritance and integration of the technical features and techniques of short instruments such as traditional sword and other techniques,and integrate the weapon techniques such as traditional Chinese sword and sword.One-handed,two-handed,hand-holding method is also suitable for short-soldier movement;In the provision allows the use of the short soldier basic technology,its use of clear tactics;The use of techniques is diversified,which avoids the phenomenon of using single technique and makes the competition more enjoyable.(6)the design is divided into age groups so that more people can participate in the project,which will promote the promotion of short combat and sustainable development.Advice:(1)Uunify the method of short arms competition and standardize the technical system of short arms.The training class for coaches and referees of the national short soldier program is held regularly every year to discuss the development of short soldier at the present stage.Rules guide the development of technology,and technology promotes the evolution of rules.(2)The competition method designed in this study is applicable to people over the age of 18.In order to promote the development of the short combat program,the content of the competition method can be appropriately adjusted according to the physical and mental development of the young people under the age of 18.The trainees under the age of 18 can be divided into primary school group,junior high school group and senior high school group.
