Shandong Sport University Martial Arts Bingdao(Short Soldier) The Curriculum Optimization Design And Practice Research

Short-strike sport is a kind of physical combat event which integrates all kinds of skills and techniques in Chinese Wushu short soldier.From the first Chinese martial arts examination in 1928 to the flourishing development of short soldiers in the current era,the State General Administration of sports issued the notice of "martial arts industry development plan(2019-2025)" on July 25,2019,which listed short soldiers as one of the major development projects.Throughout its development process,the development of short soldier project is not only concerned in the prosperous period of the Republic of China,but also has become an important strategic basis for the development of Wushu in the new era.Among them,the national short soldier team was established in October2020,and the competition rules of Martial Arts(short soldier)was launched in February2021.In order to actively respond to the call of the national level,Shandong Institute of physical education actively introduced the short soldier project in June 2019 and officially opened the short soldier course in September 2020.However,due to the relatively short course time,its course objectives are relatively imperfect,teaching content,practice mode and assessment system are not mature.At the same time,it is necessary to maintain the advanced nature of the development of Shandong Sports Institute’s short courses and to promote its overall development trend with the current short soldier movement.It is necessary to find out the problems existing in the current curriculum.Therefore,on the basis of the discussion with the short soldier teachers and relevant experts of Shandong Institute of physical education,it is urgent to reconstruct and implement the short soldier curriculum system.This can not only lay the foundation for the future development of Shandong Institute of physical education short soldier course and the establishment of corresponding competition team,but also indirectly promote the overall development of Wushu by "point to area".Based on the above research background and discussion,this study intends to redesign and construct the course through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,teaching experiment mathematical statistics,and on this basis,give implementation and verification,and draw the following conclusions:(1)Relevant teachers of Shandong Institute of physical education hold a positive attitude towards the current short soldier curriculum innovation,updated course objectives,add the four scoring techniques of "chop,chop,chop and stab" stipulated by the State Administration of sports in the teaching content and the two-handed short-soldier technique and improve the two handed attack technology and two handed anti reaction technology of the current martial Arts(short soldier)combined with the local two handed mantis sword.(2)Through the verification of the added practice methods,it is proved that the three practice methods of conditional practice,click practice and space practice are effective,which can well promote the improvement of students’ level in the process of actual combat and personal practice.Therefore,it can be considered to be included in the course practice methods of Martial Arts Martial Arts(short soldiers)in the future.(3)In order to actively respond to the competition rules and judgment method of short soldier events launched by the State General Administration of sports,and test the standardization of students’ technical movements,the assessment form is determined as two parts: technical drill and physical confrontation.In the process of competitive confrontation assessment of both sides,the original "one hit system" is still used instead of the official "combo system","One strike system" is conducive to ensuring students’ technical play and display in the process of confrontation.(4)The short soldier project has strong characteristics of "physical practice".Teachers are the leaders in the short soldier course teaching.The teaching ability displayed by teachers in the short soldier course plays a decisive role in the teaching effect of the short soldier course.In the teaching process,teachers use their existing confrontation experience through reasonable and effective Tactical Guidance,teaching methods and practice methods,Promote students’ mastery of relevant short soldier skills,and promote the development of students’ physical and mental health on this basis,so as to cultivate students’ interest in learning short soldiers and mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative in the learning process.(5)Through the comparative analysis of the students’ actual combat results after learning the new and old courses,it is found that the teaching effect of the new course is very significant,and the students have a good application of technical actions in actual combat,which lays the foundation and premise for the establishment of short soldier competition team in Shandong Institute of physical education and other relevant schools.(6)After the course,a questionnaire on the satisfaction of curriculum design optimization was issued to the students.After the overall analysis and demonstration of the survey results,it was found that the students were very satisfied with the improved martial arts Bing Dao(short soldier) course.
