It is an important content to evaluate the teaching of colleges and universities' teachers in all aspects.Taking the teaching evaluation of rewards and punishments as the traditional management idea of colleges and universities is not conducive to solving many problems in the process of professional improvement of college teachers,and it has little effect on the improvement of young teachers' teaching level.Therefore,the construction of modern teaching evaluation system with the promotion of teachers' development as the core is conducive to the improvement of teachers' teaching and professional teaching level,which can improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities.It can be seen that the establishment of a scientific and reasonable teacher teaching evaluation system is the top priority of education evaluation.This study is divided into the following two parts:the first part is the problem study.Based on the correlation analysis of reliability and validity,descriptive statistics,principal component analysis,multiple rounds of teaching evaluation data,and the influence of each index on the evaluation,this paper finds out the problems existing in the current teaching evaluation of H University,and further explores the reasons behind the problems through interview survey.The second part is construction research.The fourth generation evaluation theory and developmental teacher teaching evaluation system are used as the theoretical basis and practical support for the establishment of teacher teaching evaluation system,so as to realize the pursuit of the value of teacher teaching evaluation in promoting the professional development of teachers,and put forward the method of building teacher teaching evaluation system."Fourth Generation Evaluation" is a leap forward of Taylor's "goal-oriented" evaluation model.The basic idea is that evaluation should conform to the nature of human development,which changes from judgment centered to human centered.It advocates the responsive constructivist evaluation of "response,consultation and joint construction",which is the theoretical basis for the construction of modern teacher teaching evaluation system.Different from the evaluation system of rewarding and punishing teachers' teaching,the basic idea of the evaluation system of developing teachers' teaching based on this is to promote the professional development of teachers,emphasizing the incentive and improvement of evaluation.In addition,it advocates partnership evaluation,dynamic and individualized evaluation standards,and qualitative evaluation methods,which are the methodological basis for our construction of teaching evaluation system.Based on the statistical analysis of the students' teaching evaluation data of H University in the past four years,it is found that the current teaching evaluation system has the following characteristics:the crowd with high scores is dense;the index division is not high;small-scale class teachers score;students' teaching evaluation is affected by a single factor,etc.The reasons include that the evaluation standard of students is relative evaluation,which is different from the absolute evaluation standard of colleges and universities.In the process of evaluation,students are not only susceptible to the influence of emotional factors,but also think that evaluation of teaching has no immediate significance.In addition,students tend to score on the overall impression.After exploring the above theories,problems and causes of H University Teachers' teaching evaluation,this study constructs a modern teacher teaching evaluation system based on "Fourth Generation Evaluation" theory.In terms of evaluation subjects and standards,it tends to be inter subjectivity and generative standards.In the aspect of evaluation organization and method,big data is used to drive embedded evaluation.In the processing of evaluation results,it focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of evaluation through feedback.
