At present,our country's education is in a period of reform which emphasizes connotation development and practice innovation.How to implement the core literacy from a set of education target system into specific educational activities and fully realize its due education function is a problem faced by the education sector.The establishment and implementation of teaching evaluation can play a role in guiding,motivating and regulating teaching.Different evaluation indicators mean that the selection and focus of classroom teaching methods and content are different.This difference can promote teachers to change their teaching thinking,pay more attention to the parts of teaching evaluation,and use them as a normal teaching method.Focus,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect.With the reform of my country's education system,the establishment of a modern teaching evaluation system around core literacy plays a vital role in the implementation of the core literacy of our students.By means of questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods,the research investigates the implementation of existing teaching evaluation and its impact on the implementation of the teaching concept of "core literacy of middle school students".The main problems in current teaching evaluation is that the evaluation subject is unreasonable,and mainly based on leadership evaluation.Other evaluation subjects participate in less,and the advantages of multiple evaluation subjects are not fully utilized.Evaluation indicators are not established in accordance with the education philosophy of core literacy.The teaching evaluation system is mostly based on quantitative indicators,and to some extent,it ignores the evaluation of teachers' creativity,teaching attitude and other difficult-toquantitative indicators,and fails to promote the overall quality of teaching.Evaluation,teachers have difficulty in obtaining timely and effective suggestions,and have not achieved the function of teacher growth and development services;teaching evaluation lacks a unified and specific evaluation standard and system,and lacks effective management,which to a certain extent becomes a dispensable decoration.Subsequently,the reasons for the current teaching evaluation status are analyzed.The main reasons is that the increasingly fierce competition in Chinese society is gradually infiltrating peaceful campuses,and my country's education system is under tremendous pressure from the society;the haze of "examination-oriented education" is still deeply ingrained According to the school's teaching philosophy,the school faces the dilemma of "exam-taking" or "quality";teachers are still deeply influenced by traditional educational concepts,and the educational philosophy of core literacy has not been fully established.The traditional evaluation system based on the summative evaluation model has played a certain role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of teachers under the conditions of examinationoriented education,but it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the core literacy education concept.In view of the existing problems in teaching evaluation,this research explores the construction of a teacher's teaching evaluation system based on the current core literacy concept,which mainly includes: discussing the principles of establishing a teacher's teaching evaluation system based on core literacy;thinking that the teaching evaluation system We should adhere to the evaluation philosophy of promoting students' all-round development,promoting teachers' professional growth,and "assessing teaching by learning,and promoting learning by teaching";an evaluation index centered on students' learning behaviors and teachers' teaching behaviors should be constructed so that the evaluation indicators pay attention to At the same time as teaching results,the teaching process is the focus of evaluation;the teaching evaluation methods are enriched,and the evaluation system is established with multiple evaluation methods such as classroom observation method and teacher development files,which fully reflects the teaching effect and ability level of teachers;adopts qualitative evaluation Combine with quantitative evaluation,increase subjective,flexible and contextual evaluation,focus on process evaluation,and promote teacher professional development;establish a diversified evaluation body,give full play to the advantages of different evaluation bodies,and obtain comprehensive and reliable evaluation results;It is suggested that we should actively promote the transformation of educational concepts,improve the guiding role of the college entrance examination for evaluation,create a positive environment and atmosphere for teacher teaching evaluation,improve the feedback mechanism of teacher teaching evaluation,and improve the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of teacher teaching evaluation,and
