Research On The Flexibility Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges

The "Outline for the Implementation of the Quality Improvement Project of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities" issued by the Party Group of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China requires that ideological and political education in colleges and universities should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping's new era of socialist ideas with Chinese characteristics.It also requires that improve the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political work effectively and continue to break the era of innovation.This Outline puts forward new requirements for improving affinity and innovative working models of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and provides a policy basis for the flexible ideological and political education.The rigid ideological and political education methods are blunt,neglecting the humanistic care for students,and so affecting the appeal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In the current complex background of social development,it can not well suited to the characteristics of enhanced subjective consciousness,diverse value orientations,and the pursuit of individualization of the contemporary college students.While the flexible ideological and political education model guided by the student-oriented concept have its unique values.It pays more attention to the humanistic care and respect of students in the education process,and attach importance to students' subjectivity and spiritual needs to spiring students' internal motivation,driving students to self-education and management.It meets the new requirements of the Party Central Committee for the ideological and political education of college students,and also well adapting to the social development and the changes of the students' characteristics.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the flexibility of ideological and political education in universities.Through the research and exploration of the flexibility of the ideological and political education,we can put forward the implementation strategy,so that to innovate the ideological and political education model,and make up for the lack of rigid education model,to improve the effect of ideological and political education.This paper uses literature research method,comparative analysis method and other research methods to study the flexibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The full text is divided into three parts except the introduction.The first part is the theoretical explanation of the flexibility of ideological and political education in universities.This section explains the concepts of "flexibility" and "flexibility of ideological and political education in universities".Firstly,it explains the "flexible" performance of ideological and political education in colleges from three aspects: educational philosophy,educational skills,and educational methods.Secondly,summarizing the existing literature on the concept of "flexibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities" and giving its final understanding and definition.Finally,it explains the characteristics of the flexibility of ideological and political education in universities: human natural,emotional and non-mandatory.The second part is the necessity and significance of the flexibility of ideological and political education in universities.First of all,the necessity of flexibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is discussed from three aspects: implementing the people-oriented education concept,adapting to the new characteristics of the contemporary college students' development,and reversing the rigid ideological and political education dilemma.Secondly,the significance of implementing the flexibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is discussed from three perspectives: increasing the enthusiasm of students to participate in ideological and political education activities,establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The third part is the strategic analysis of the flexibility of ideological and political education in colleges.The paper discusses the implementation strategies of the ideological and political education flexibility from the perspective of establishing flexible college ideological and political education concepts,grasping flexible college ideological and political education skills,using flexible college ideological and political education methods,rigid and soft complement each other.
