By introducing the theme culture course "eight chinese cuisines" of chinese summer camp in Yongming high school in korea,this paper analyzes its teaching design from two aspects of theory and practice,probes into the problems existing in the development of this culture course and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly explains the research background and the significance of the topic,explains the present situation of the teaching design research of the Chinese summer camp,puts forward the research plan of this paper,determines the research goal and content,and explains the research method.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the teaching design of the theme culture course "eight major Chinese cuisines ",and analyzes the theory and principle of the teaching design of the theme culture course " eight major Chinese cuisines ".The third chapter is the preliminary teaching situation analysis and the concrete implementation plan explanation of the teaching design of the theme culture course "eight major Chinese cuisines ".In the early stage teaching situation analysis,mainly to the teaching environment and the situation of teachers,teaching objects for analysis.In the overall teaching design,we first explain the class type,teaching content,class time arrangement,teaching difficulties,teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching aids preparation,and then show and discuss each teaching link.The fourth chapter through the theme culture course "China eight major cuisines" teaching effect questionnaire analysis,this teaching design makes the appraisal,summarizes the question and puts forward the solution;on this basis and according to the questionnaire survey to the other Korean teachers obtains the suggestion to the Korean high school Chinese summer camp teaching design,hoped can provide the case reference and the experience for the Korean teacher to be engaged in the Chinese teaching Test.Finally,the full text is summarized.
