| Teachers are the first resource of education,bearing the historical mission of educating people for the party and the country,and shouldering the task of cultivating socialist builders and successors.Teachers,as the leaders of classroom teaching,are the necessary guarantee for the revitalization of education.Standing at the height of the development of the new era,general secretary Xi jinping called on the whole party and society to carry forward the social trend of respecting teachers and valuing education,.As primary school physical education teachers who are closely related to students' physical and mental development,they play a decisive role in the whole teaching system and are the most direct guides to the improvement of physical education of school physical education and the physical fitness level of teenagers.Let every teacher cherish this great honor.As teachers themselves should set out from oneself,improve self cognitive ability,teachers professional identity is starting from their own career I've worked on the positive cognitive,emotional experience and professional actions,reflects the work condition of the teachers in a certain stage,also reflects the teacher side of life,.Therefore,the research on the status of teachers' professional identity is particularly important for the construction and development of the teaching staff.This paper to understand the Taiyuan primary school physical education teachers overall professional identity as the main line.Through questionnaire survey,seven individual characteristic variables of gender,age,professional title,education background,teaching age,establishment and salary income were analyzed,and three variables of school level,teachers themselves and social environment were combined to analyze the factors of PE teachers' professional identity,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Taiyuan primary school physical education teachers overall professional identity level is higher than the average,but in the role values,professional sense of belonging score is low;in different groups did not show a unified regular distribution characteristics.2.Taiyuan city elementary school physical education teachers professional identity status of different grouping results showed as follows:the difference of the different in gender,age,teaching age,education,and class a week for several different were not significant sex differences of teachers' professional identity formation3.According to the analysis of different dimensions of the present situation of physical education teachers' professional identity in Taiyuan primary school,The PE teachers with low salary have low values of role and sense of belonging,which need to attract the attention of the school and the society.4.Improve the professional identity of primary school physical education teachers in Taiyuan,and deal with the three factors that affect teachers' professional identity about society,school and teachers themselves. |
