To each individual in the workplace, occupational identity plays an indispensable role, and only from the bottom of my heart like and agree with the occupation,it may be engaged and having fun.In this thesis, the use of questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, personal life history data collection, using statistical software SPSS11.5 principal component analysis, factor analysis, content analysis techniques to gather information on the processing.about the professional identity of teachers in-depth, in the end to form a questionnaire including 25 questions. Select Dalian and Fushun City 20 urban and rural teachers for investigation and interview again, according to results of questionnaires and interviews to adjust the questionnaire , to form original intention of the survey to represent all the "primary and secondary survey of professional identification Xianzhuang questionnaire." Using of random sampling method to select the 500 teachers in Liao Ning,HeiLongjiang and JiangXi provinces , 428 questionnaires were recovered and analyzed the differences in various dimensions. The conclusion:Urban teachers' professional identity is higher than vocational teachers in rural areas, female teachers than male teachers, primary school teachers' professional identity than middle school teachers and school age 5 years teachers in all ages has the highest professional identity.Finally, take the analysis of the reasons for differences in form and give practical recommendations.
