National student athletics championships in 2015 more than 1000 more than 100 colleges and universities participating in 2019 to more than 3000 people,more than 300 universities developed as participating schools the most,the number of athletes,the most experienced the longest time,appeal the biggest annual track and field events,is to display the national colleges and universities an important window for college athletes athletic contest,and verify the track and field teaching results and important platform of training level,attracting more and more colleges and universities high level college students actively participating athletes,many ordinary colleges and universities have to focus on the strength of the colleges and universities compete for MEDALS,Track and field competition level is getting higher and higher.Through the research on the competitive status of the last five national university track and field championships,the author grasps and analyzes the overall situation of track and field in China's colleges and universities,as well as the competitive level and competitive strength of various groups.Using Arc GIS geographic drawing software making map to 15-19 national track and field championship in A group A all MEDALS and integral gain situation analysis of the project,presents the project medal university respective regions of space distribution and speed,endurance,quick power and all-around medal regional characteristics of the project,the results show that:(1)15-19 college students' track and field competitions events regional trend is obvious,Show the characteristics of unbalanced development ? The overall athletic strength of track and field is the strongest in north China,the strongest in east China,the second strongest in central and south China,the weak in northwest,southwest and northeast China.(2)15-19 college students' t track and field different group also showed in the competitive strength distribution of the regionalcharacteristics of east China area of Beijing,in central China's Hu Nan province outstanding strength,do well in every project in college athletics,eastern China,southern China,northwest,southwest competitive strength showed a downward trend;Northeast area athletics level performance is steady(3)15-19 college students' track and field competitions,the men's events were significantly regionalized.In the speed events,the east China was stronger;in the endurance events,the strength of north China and northwest China was stronger;and in the fast strength events,the strength of north China,east China and central China was outstanding.In the all-around category of the project shows the strength of east China region is strong.(4)15-19 college students' track and field competitions,the regionalization of women's events was also obvious in the.In the speed events,the east China region and the south China region ranked first.In the endurance events,the north China region outperformed other regions,while the fast strength events showed the outstanding strength in the central China region.In the all-around events also show the strength of the central China region is strong.
