Quantitative analysis of squat and recumbent weight-bearing leg strength training for badminton explosive force growth and increase in growth characteristics,selection of reference model training method to establish the optimal action of the maximum strength of the lower extremity.Methods:23 badminton team representatives of Beijing Sport University were selected as the subjects of the study,and were divided into the average of 2 groups,each group of 12 people.The experimental group squat strength training,the control group for the recumbent weight kick,a total of 8 weeks,in the training stage test and adjust thetraining load according to the test results.Before the training,test and squat recumbent kick maximum force level 1RM standard testing method using four and training.Results:after 4 weeks training,the maximal power of the two groups was significantly increased(P<0.01),but the increase was not the same.The reclining weight-bearing leg group after four weeks is higher than the previous three weeks,conclusion:squat and recumbent weight-bearing leg two training methods are able to increase the maximum strength but the magnitude is not the same.
