| Complex training(CT)can simultaneously develop the strength and explosive power of athletes.It is a training method that alternates heavy resistance training with similar biomechanical characteristics with lighter load or no-load exercises in the same training session.Compared to exercises with single strength or explosive power,complex training is more efficient,and effectively reduces the risk of injury for athletes.Its main physiological mechanism is Post-Activation Potentiation(PAP),in which muscles exhibit a short-term increase of peak output power after resistance training with heavy load.At present,this efficient and convenient training method has been favored by more and more researchers and coaches.This research adopts the method of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The experiment selected 18 students from the basketball class of grade 16 and 17 in the school of physical education,wuhan university of physical education,and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group.Before the experiment,all subjects were measured with experimental indicators.After a total of 18 training sessions in 6 weeks,all subjects were measured after the experiment and the data obtained were statistically analyzed.The research results showed that:1.Both complex training and weight-bearing squat training can significantly improve the maximum squat weight and standing long jump performance of college male basketball players.There is no significant difference between these two training methods.2.Both compound training and weight-bearing squat training can significantly improve the performance of college male basketball players in vertical jump on the spot,but there is a significant difference between the two training methods in the increase of performance,and the effect of complex training is better than that of weight-bearing squat training.3.Complex training can significantly improve the performance of college male basketball players in vertical jump,and the training effect is better than the weight squat training.4.Complex training can significantly improve the performance of college men's basketball players in run-up jumping on one foot,and the training effect is better than the weight-bearing squat training.5.Complex training can significantly improve the performance of college men's basketball players in running and jumping with both feet,and the training effect is better than the weight-bearing squat training.The research results show that the complex training scheme used in this experiment is feasible,and it is an efficient and safe training method.It is of great help to the development of the strength and explosive power of male basketball players in colleges.This result provides reliable theoretical and methodological guidance for projects with high demand for strength and explosive power,and provides a new way to reduce the risk of injury in athlete training. |
