Modern basketball continues to evolve,the pace of basketball game is getting faster and faster,and the comprehensive requirements of athletes’ technology are getting higher and higher.According to the characteristics of basketball,it is quite necessary for athletes to have strong jumping ability.Post-activation enhancement effect is a series of contraction marks left by skeletal muscle after its acute power output,which can enhance the contraction ability of muscle in the subsequent contraction process,especially in speed,burst and power sports.In recent years,the application of rapid telescopic compound training in various projects has been pushed into a new upsurge,at the same time,the application in basketball projects is also constantly enriched,to improve the athletes’ athletic ability has a unique concept and training methods.Based on this,the post-activation enhancement effect combined with rapid stretching compound training and direct rapid stretching compound training was used to conduct an experimental study on the jumping ability of college basketball students,It aims to explore the impact of two different training styles on the jumping ability of basketball students in ordinary colleges and universities.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and experimental method,taking heze University 16 men basketball students as the experimental research object,randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group 8 people each.In the 12-week training phase,the experimental group 1 set of 5 times,90% 1 rm neck squats after activation,intermittent again after 5 min with rapid telescopic compound training intervention,intervention,the control group with rapid telescopic compound directly training before and after the experiment of jumping ability related indexes were tested,measured results of the two groups of data statistics and analysis,Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 12 weeks of rapid expansion composite training,the control group before and after the training in basketball elective students jumping ability of the five indicators,the standing long jump,run,jump on one foot high touch,high run-up feet jump to touch and touch rebounds 5 times in a row all four measures of the test results show significant differences,among them,the P values < 0.05.There was a significant difference in the test indexes of vertical jump height in place,among which,P value < 0.01.The results show that the rapid stretching compound training can improve the jumping ability of basketball students.(2)After 12 weeks of the enhanced effect of activation combined with rapid expansion composite training,the experimental group before and after the training in basketball elective students jumping ability of the five indicators,both show very significant difference,among them,the P values < 0.01,indicating that the enhanced effect of activated after rapid expansion composite training on basketball elective students jumping ability to have the better effect.(3)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,independent sample T test was carried out on the five indexes of jumping ability of the experimental group and the control group.The analysis showed that: in the aspect of standing long jump,both the experimental group and the control group had better improvement effect,P value > 0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups;The P values were all < 0.05 in vertical jump height in place,single foot jump height in run-up and two feet jump height in run-up,showing a significant difference between the two groups.In the aspect of grabbing the rebound for 5consecutive times,the scores of both groups were improved,and the P value was < 0.01,showing a very significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the improvement effect of related indexes of jumping ability in the experimental group was more significant.It shows that the training of the experimental group can improve the jumping ability of the basketball students.
