STSE(Science,Technology,Society,Environment)educational concept is to closely connect chemistry knowledge with science,technology,society,and environment,so that students can flexibly use chemistry knowledge in the STSE context to solve practical problems in life Form correct values..In January 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Standards for General Senior High School Chemistry Curriculum(2017 Edition),which proposed the core literacy of chemistry,in which the "scientific attitude and social responsibility" literacy revealed the value pursuit of chemistry learning,and it is necessary for students to form correct values This coincides with the STSE educational philosophy.Therefore,this study decided to conduct teaching design and practical research on the cultivation of high school students' "scientific attitude and social responsibility" literacy based on the STSE education concept,and provide a little inspiration for the teaching of frontline chemistry teachers.The thesis understands the current status of the research on core literacy of "scientific attitude and social responsibility" under the STSE education concept by consulting and combing relevant literature.Relying on the internship unit,a questionnaire was sent to teachers and students of a middle school in Wuhai City to understand the current status of STSEeducation philosophy and the core literacy of "scientific attitude and social responsibility" of teachers and students in the school.Based on this,the paper analyzes the teaching content related to STSE in the compulsory senior high school chemistry textbook for 2019,and uses chlorine and metal materials as examples to combine teaching content,STSE,and the core literacy of "scientific attitude and social responsibility".Conduct instructional design,practice,and test results.The research results show that: by comparing the grades,it is found that the teaching practice has a significant effect on improving students with lower grades and lower grades;By comparing the four performance levels of the core literacy division of "scientific attitude and social responsibility",it is found that it can promote students to recognize the great contribution of chlorine gas and alloys to human civilization(performance level 1).The pros and cons of the future have a dual impact(performance level 2),and at the same time can improve students 'ability to use the knowledge of chemistry to solve simple chemical problems in life(performance level 3),and improve students' decision-making ability(performance level 4)The core literacy of "Scientific Attitude and Social Responsibility" has been improved overall.
