Discipline core literacy is the concentrated embodiment of discipline education,is the correct values,essential character and key abilities gradually formed through subject learning,“ordinary high school chemistry curriculum standards(2017 edition)”(hereinafter referred to as“new curriculum standards”)to build a chemistry discipline core literacy as the overall goal of the five core literacy system,“scientific attitude and social responsibility” has become an important aspect of the five core literacy,is the pursuit of a higher level of chemistry learning.The goals and requirements of “scientific attitude and social responsibility” literacy in the new curriculum standards include “being able to understand the interrelationship between chemistry,technology,society and the environment(STSE)in a deeper way”,indicating that STSE education is intrinsically linked to “scientific attitude and social responsibility”literacy.Theoretical and practical research was conducted to explore whether STSE education can promote the implementation of“scientific attitudes and social responsibility”literacy.Firstly,through the literature and the“New Curriculum Standards”,the relationship between “scientific attitude and social responsibility” and STSE is theoretically analyzed,and the feasibility of STSE education to promote the implementation of “scientific attitude and social responsibility” literacy and the reliability of research methods are theoretically demonstrated.Secondly,based on STSE,the “scientific attitude and social responsibility” of high school students is diagnosed through the teaching of the introduction and questionnaire,and on the basis of the diagnosis results and textbook analysis,the practical teaching is carried out in cooperation with the front-line teachers of the middle school,and the teaching design and classroom practice and classroom analysis are carried out with the “metal material”as an example,and the questionnaire evaluation of the teaching results is carried out,and the feasibility of STSE education to promote the implementation of“scientific attitude and social responsibility” is discussed from a practical point of view.The results show that there are still deficiencies in the “scientific attitude and social responsibility” of high school students,and by adding appropriate STSE education content to teaching,USING STSE content as teaching context or teaching content,it will help high school students to implement “scientific attitude and social responsibility” while understanding chemical knowledge.
