Collaborative lesson-planning,a basic activity for teacher research in China,is also perceived as an important way for teacher professional development.Combining collaborative lesson-planning into pre-service teacher training program can not only increase pre-service teachers' practical experience but also promote their professional development. In order to promote the effectiveness of collaborative lesson-planning for preservice teacher, this article explores the characteristics of collaboration lesson-planning activity from the perspective of shared regulation, based on which a collaboration lesson-planning pattern is developed and case study is conducted. The main work of the article includes three aspects:Firstly, exploring the collaborative mechanism and characteristics of collaborative lesson-planning from the perspective of shared regulation.Based on the analysis of the process and activities of collaborative lesson-planning,this article discusses the applicability of shared regulation theory to the collaborative lesson-planning and make clear the characteristics of the activity as well as the regulatory process and focuses.Secondly, designing the collaborative lesson-planning pattern for pre-service teacher oriented to the process of shared regulation. On basis of analysis of regulatory characteristics of collaborative lesson-planning,this article proposes a process pattern of collaborative lesson-planning for pre-service teacher, with collaborative scripts and group awareness tools developed to support the regulatory strategies in collaborative lesson-planning.Thirdly,putting the pattern above into practice through case study.Through two rounds of design-based case study, the implementation strategies are adjusted according to the assessment of process, after which the effect of the pattern is evaluated. The results of the case study indicate that the pattern can improve the process of collaborative lesson-planning,during which pre-service teacher produced and developed corresponding regulatory strategies, with their level of regulation increased. This article extends the theoretical lens of researches on collaborative lessonplanning and the pattern proposed is expected to be a valuable reference for the training program of pre-service teacher. |
