A Case Study On The Current Situation Of A Team For Chemistry Lesson Planning In Senior School And The Solutions To It

A team for lesson planning is most direct and fundmental unit to complete ourteaching task, conduct our research on teaching and help develop the professional skills ofteachers. There is much shortage of the construction in many schools. Some teams focusmore on the form of activities than on the quality of them. Some value management morethan cultural influence. Others are lacking in effective assessment, and the content of theiractivities is too simple. Therefore, it is essential and practical to do research and analysison the construction situation of our teams of lesson planning and come up with as manystrategies as possible in accordance with the problems existing.This essay is a case study on the team of chemistry lesson preparation in Shaxi SeniorHigh, Jiangsu Province. I have done the research through questionnaires compiled bymyself, the universal questionnaires and interview. I included in my survey the basicinformation of each member in the team, whether they are in a state of exhaustion, theworking circumstances of the team, the team management, the contents and forms of teamactivities, and the culture in the team. Findings suggest that no one in the team get tired ofhis or her profession and every member in the team enjoys the harmonious circumstancesand culture. However, the problems are that our team management has not been supervisedand assessed effectively, the forms of our activities are far from scientific, and the contentsare still remaining to be enriched. In response to the situation mentioned above, I have putforward in my essay some solutions and strategies for the construction and development ofour team. I hope my research is of benefit to the case study on the team construction ofchemistry lesson preparation in schools.
