With the growing awareness of the coverage of "science" and the increasing knowledge, the interdisciplinary and comprehensive nature of knowledge content has gradually increased, and integrated scientific learning of subject knowledge has become a trend. The importance of science education in the field of basic education is becoming more and more important,so this study takes a detailed analysis of scientific textbooks as the research focus. The advance organizer,as an important part of content organization in textbook, can promote the understanding of knowledge. However, most of the current research on advance organizers is focused on the application of subject teaching in the advance organizer strategy of a certain discipline. And there is little overall research on advance organizer in textbook, and little study on advance organizer in more comprehensive scientific textbooks. In this study, the entire set of "Science" textbooks was selected as the research object, and the detailed analysis of the textbooks was carried out with the advance organizer theory as the starting point.Through literature research and text analysis, combined with science curriculum standards, this paper constructs the theoretical framework and research model of the advance organizer in the "Science" textbook;then according to the frame model research textbooks constructed, the types of knowledge introduced by the advance organizer in the textbook content design, the presentation forms of advance organizers, the method guidance and the reform tendency, etc.,are conducted a multidimensional and holistic analysis, expecting to summarize and discover the characteristics and the rules implicit in the1-6 volumes of "Science",to provide suggestions for the compilation of science textbooks in China. The study found that the presentation form of the advance organizer of the "Science" textbook has a variety of association methods and organizational ideas;the advance organizer of the "Science" textbook selected different types and organization methods according to different grades and the characteristics of each content area.Among the presentation forms of the advanced organizers of "Science" textbooks, picture and text organizers have the largest proportion, followed by experimental organizers, and table organizers and symbol organizers are fewer. The introduction of knowledge in the teaching materials uses a correlation method based on observation activities, and its organizational ideas are mainly guided by the “hypogyny” organizers. To a certain extent, the “epigyny” organizers and “parallel” organizers are also used. The type and number of advance organizer in grades 7 to 9generally show a gradual nature. The seventh and eighth grades are mainly organized by the following organizers, with more picture and depiction organizers while the ninth grade is mainly organized by“hypogyny” organizers.Different content areas are designed to take into account the differences in their fields, and many types of advance organizers are selected in combined applications.Among them, physics has the most experiment organizers and picture organizers, and life science has the most tabular organizers. The advance organizers with different characteristics are also different in organizing the guidance and presentation of knowledge. The introduction of knowledge in the "Science" textbook adopts a way of observing activities. In addition to using a combination of question inspiration and observation activities, there are also related ways of using question inspiration, experimental demonstration and scientific history. The "Science" textbook presents the knowledge of different content areas in an integrated way, which can help students think more comprehensively.
