The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development recently proposed that one of the purposes of cultivating reading literacy is to stimulate personal potential.However,since the last century,with the changes in philosophy,intelligence,and education,static assessment has exposed many problems,and it is difficult to meet the needs of assessing reading potential.Under this background,a dynamic assessment integrating prediction,diagnosis and correction came into being.For China,it is of great practical significance to build a localized assessment of reading literacy.In the literature research,first analyze the representative tools of foreign dynamic assessment,and then build a reading literacy assessment framework based on China's curriculum standards.On this basis,eight types of dynamic reading literacy assessment tools are officially developed.These eight types of tools belong to the interventionist school and the interactive school.There are similarities and differences in design principles,implementation processes,and evaluation reports.To demonstrate the effectiveness of the reading literacy dynamic assessment tool and compare the effectiveness of teacher intervention,peer intervention,and tool intervention,quasiexperimental research was conducted,supplemented by questionnaire surveys and interview surveys.The study found that: the prediction function of the dynamic assessment of reading literacy improves after the fluctuation period;the accuracy of the diagnostic function is high in the short term;the correction function has a significant effect on improving the reading comprehension ability and the development of top and bottom students' reading literacy;among the intervention methods,the overall benefit of peer intervention is the largest.Therefore,the implementation of the dynamic assessment of reading literacy is necessary and feasible,and can be gradually promoted and continuously improved in different sizes such as classes,schools,and regions in the future.
