With the rapid development of China's economy in the new era,the market for extracurricular tutoring continues to expand,and off-campus training institutions are highly sought after by parents.While facing good development opportunities,the problem of the brain drain of institutions is becoming increasingly prominent.The core competitiveness of off-campus training institutions is talents and employees,and their job satisfaction has become an important factor restricting the development of off-campus training institutions.In-depth analysis of the deep-seated causes of employee satisfaction is of vital importance,and it is related to whether the organization's future development path can go smoothly and broadly.This article takes the company H outside the school as the research object and uses statistical analysis to analyze the questionnaire survey data.It is concluded that employees have important factors such as career development,work intensity,and turnover intention in terms of marital status,working time,education,and labor relations.Significance,which has certain significance for salary,benefits and training conditions,and then analyze the cause of the problem in accordance with different situations.Finally,on this basis,from three aspects of salary system reform,human resource management system and company culture,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the job satisfaction of H company employees,in order to improve employee satisfaction,thereby enhancing the company's core competition Force to promote the development of the company.At present,there are more articles on the research of employees' job problems based on job satisfaction,but there are not many literatures on the research on employees' job satisfaction of off-campus training institutions.In particular,there are fewer studies on off-campus training institutions in Nanchang through questionnaires.This article uses empirical data and facts for analysis,which can give some inspiration and reference to peer companies.
