This paper aims at researching on the reason of turnover intention among administrators working in Beijing College of politics and low. This research takes turnover tendency as the optimum predictor of turnover and explores the antecedents of turnover tendency.Then; this research discusses the relationships among organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover tendency, and whether administrators'individual attributes have significant differences in organizational commitment and job satisfaction.This research takes the reliability analysis and item analysis via SPSS 10.0. Questionnaires are distributed to administrators at Beijing College of politics and low. Then, the data analysis uses descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Multiple Regression. Moreover, the findings of this research are strengthened and tested via the interview.The findings of this research are as follows:(1)Age, marriage, education and division show significant differences in organizational commitment.(2) Gender and education have significant differences in job satisfaction.(3)Organizational commitment and job satisfaction have significant negative correlations with turn over tendency.Therefore, increase of organizational commitment and job satisfaction can decrease turnover tendency as well as turnover behaviors.There are some suggestions offered:(1)The promotion of organizational commitment:To build a common vision for enhancing administrators'identification with the school; to increase the opportunities of participating in planning school policies for the administrators;to set up a kindergarten and help the spouses' employment; to change and influence the administrators' morality imperceptibly.(2) The promotion of job satisfaction:advancing the employees'satisfaction with the promotion; adding the communication channel for managers and followers; holing on-job training regularly for managers;increasing the opportunities of employees'affective communication; advancing the welfare measures; holding training for new administrators and managers.
