With the growing of people's income level across the country,people decide tofocus on the education of children.Children are the hope of a family,which promotes the rapid development of education and training institutions.The rapid development of education and training institutions has led to a surge in the demand for teachers.Currently,the number of teachers and the market is less than the demand,so there is a problem of frequent turnover of teachers.Teachers are extremely considerable competitiveness of an education and training institution,so the resignation of teachers will lead to the development of the institution itself.Therefore,the study of this paper is of great significance to help the development of educational training institutions to promote the economic development of China's education industry.Through the research and analysis of A education and training institution,this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers' dimission in education and training institutions and finds out the reasons for teachers'dimission,and puts forward the equivalent countermeasures to address the dimission of teachers.First,unify the actual situation of A education institutions,this paper expounds the departures of related definitions,classification and current research status,second,cooperation with the actual situation of A education institutions,this paper introduces the development of A education institutions,in-depth analysis of the state of A teachers education institutions,the third,from the reality of A education institutions,we find out the departure of A education institutions of the main causes of teachers,finally,we combined with the actual situation of A education institutions,to mention agenda,A mechanism of enterprise culture construction to reasonable management mechanism for the construction of the teachers,and the corresponding incentive mechanism is essential,Do a good job after the teachers leave the handover work and parents to comfort the work and other solutions.Therefore,the study of the teacher turnover problem in institution A can not only help institution A to solve the problem,but also serve as A reference to other enterprises in the same industry.
