Pre-school children's school readiness is an important topic for young child ren,and it is of great value in cultivating children's ability to adapt to school life.Toddler parents and teachers' school readiness concept is one of the key f actors affecting children's school readiness and level.The study used large clas s parents and teachers as the research object,using literature method,questionn aire method and interview method to investigate 336 large class parents and 204 large class teachers in 21 kindergartens in Nanchang.Analyze the importance of children 's school readiness concepts,the content of children 's school read iness,and the factors that affect children 's school readiness.Explore the differ ences in the concept of school readiness between parents and teachers in large classes,and reach consensus on educational ideas for both parties.Form a ho me education synergy to find a breakthrough.The research results show that:(1)In the study of parents' concept of sch ool readiness,the content of the concept of school readiness of fathers and mo thers,parents with different educational backgrounds and different family month ly incomes are significantly different,and there is no significant difference in t he content of school preparation concepts of parents of different ages.;Fathers and mothers,parents with different educational backgrounds have no significan t differences in the perception of factors affecting children's school readiness.(2)In the study of teachers' concept of school readiness,teachers of different ages,teachers who have received professional guidance and teachers who have not accepted teachers,and teachers who communicated with their parents about school admission issues and who did not communicate judge the importance o f the content of school readiness.There are significant differences,but there is no significant difference in the content of the concept of school readiness for teachers without classmates;there is no significant difference in the views of teachers of different ages on the factors influencing school readiness,and there is a significant difference between teachers who communicate with parents ab out enrollment problems and who do not.(3)In a comparative study of parent s and teachers' concept of school readiness,both teachers and parents agree tha t children's school readiness is important,but teachers agree more with parents than parents on the role of school readiness;parents and teachers have five a reas of school readiness.More attention,overall teachers attach more importanc e to parents,but parents pay more attention to cognitive preparation;parents a nd teachers have significant differences in the judgment of the importance of k indergartens and community factors that affect children's school readiness.Ther e are extremely significant differences in family factors.Based on the above research,the following suggestions are made:(1)Get out of the misunderstanding of admission preparation and clarify the main poi nts of admission work;(2)Create a multilateral communication environment an d improve the level of admission preparation;(3)Improve the quality of teachers in an all-round way and increase the effectiveness of admission work;(4)I mprove family education literacy and optimize schooling strategies.
