Special education is an important part of our education system of China, the development of special education has become an important indicatorto measure the degree of social civilization and progress of a country. In recent years, in China,there is an increasing number of children with special need, and there is an increasing scale ofspecial education schools,the number of special education schools is growing. attendant, many probems become more and more obvious including unbalanced development of special education schools, the uneven distribution of quality education and teaching resources, and low utilization rate or even idle of quality education and teaching resources and so on. This makes a lot of children can not share the special dividend of rapid development of Chinese special education. So how under existing conditions, so that more children share fully in the special high-quality educational resources, access to higher levels of education, has become an urgent need to resolve the issue.In this study, a resource integration system with information technology as the core was set up in the Changchun Special Education School in Changchun City, Jilin Province, and the resources integration mode was applied in the rehabilitation teaching, and the teaching management efficiency was improved through the resource integration management mode. Using a variety of methods such as case study, observation, interview, questionnaire survey, comparative analysis, This paper compares the effect of rehabilitation of hearing impaired children before and after the application of resource integration model, and compares the difference of teaching management efficiency before and after resource integration.
