Walking race is a traditional competitive sport in our country.Walking race technology also plays an important role in the competition.For the coming 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,analyze its situation and understand that Japan,as the main venue of Tokyo Olympic Games,has gradually improved its performance,and is also one of the main competitors of Chinese athletes in this competition.In order to further explore and analyze the technical characteristics of Chinese walking athletes,summarize the advantages of foreign athletes,find out the deficiencies of Chinese athletes and make up for the deficiencies in time,so as to provide a reference index for the next targeted training and preparation,and strive to achieve another good performance in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.By using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and measurement,this paper analyzes the competition videos of the top six men's 20 km walking athletes in the 2018 Asian Games,and studies the technical movement characteristics of the speed changes of the upper limbs,lower limbs,body trunk,step length and step frequency of the athletes.Conclusion:1.Upper limb Technology: Chinese athlete Wang Kaihua's left arm rear swing angle is better than his right arm,the difference between the left and right arms tends to balance with the increase of speed;the difference between the left and right arm rear swing angles of Jin's front and large arms is small,and the swing range is reasonable.In high-speed walking,except for Takahashi Yinghui,the swing range of left and right arms is quite different,the other five athletes are better than low and medium speed swing angle,and the gap between left and right arms is narrowed.During the training,improve the flexibility of the shoulder joint of the athletes,usually pay attention to the practice of sinking the shoulder and relaxing the arm swing,and increase the arm swing range.2.Lower limb technique: from low speed to medium speed,the average value of left leg kick angle of six athletes is better than that of right leg.Wang Kaihua's right leg has a better kick angle from the ground than that of his left leg,and his right leg has a fuller kick angle;Jin's right leg has a poor kick forward,and the kick force ends too early;six athletes generally have a small ground angle,which can be used for uphill walking and heel walking training;six athletes have a phenomenon of too small angle between their two legs,whichcan be used for hip flexibility and coordination training,increasing Wang Kaihua and Jin's overlapping knee joint of left leg forward is better than that of right leg,and the relaxation level of left leg is better than that of right leg.3.Body and trunk: walking at low,medium and high speed,golden forward and georgiy Sheiko has a large body forward leaning angle;Wang Kaihua has a good body control with the increase of speed,and the body angle is within a reasonable value;with the increase of speed,Jin has a large forward leaning angle,and the body posture is "forward lying",and the body posture is unstable,so we should pay attention to strengthening the waist abdominal muscle exercise,and we can use standing wall abdominal breathing and other methods to carry out body shape exercise.4.Step length and step frequency: at low speed,except for Jinqian and georgiy sheiko,the other four athletes have large difference in step length between left and right legs,and the left and right legs are not in harmony.From low speed to medium speed,the stride frequency of six athletes increases with the increase of speed.From the low speed stage to the medium speed stage,Wang Kaihua's left and right legs have a large difference in step size,and the left and right legs do not coordinate;in the high speed stage,Wang Kaihua's speed is increased by step size and step frequency at the same time.With the increase of speed,the step length increases;at medium speed,the left and right legs do not coordinate,and the step length is the main way to improve the speed from medium speed to high speed.
