Research On The Evolution Mechanism And Control Mechanism Of Internet Public Opinion In Social Contradiction Events

With the continuous progress and development of communication and information technology,China has begun to enter the 5g era,which also provides a new Internet communication environment for China's network public opinion.With the prosperity of the Internet,the place where people express their opinions and emotions has gradually changed from traditional oral communication to cyberspace.The characteristics of network,such as fast communication,virtual and anonymity,give netizens great freedom to express their opinions.Social network has gradually become a window for government agencies to obtain the real ideas of the public and understand the real needs of citizens.But at the same time,due to the rapid spread of information in cyberspace,low cost and other characteristics,once there is a negative Internet public opinion event,if the government and related platforms do not grasp the relevant information in time,they can not accurately predict its development trend,it is very easy to have an uncontrollable situation,resulting in the outbreak of Internet public opinion event,which has a negative impact on the ecological environment of the whole network.Nowadays,due to the profound reform of the economic system,the main contradictions in Chinese society are also diversified,including but not limited to the contradictions between labor and capital,between the police and the people,between cadres and the masses,etc.the existence of these contradictions has become the root cause of social contradictions in China.Social contradiction events often have obvious group,complex environment and multi-objective.Under the network environment,the occurrence of such events often affects a large range of groups.This paper studies and analyzes the specific performance characteristics of public opinion events in different stages with specific cases,and puts forward the network public opinion control strategies for social contradictions events from the perspectiveof the government.Mainly from the following aspects:(1)this paper combs the research on Internet public opinion at home and abroad,and finds that both at home and abroad,although the research on Internet public opinion tends to be mature,the research object is relatively wide,and the research object is social contradictions;(2)In this paper,the theory of information ecology and the theory of user portrait are applied in the field of network public opinion.Based on the information ecology theory,the elements of network public opinion are mapped with the information ecology factors,so as to obtain the first level label necessary for the construction of the label system in the user portrait theory,and then construct the label system of network public opinion portrait.The evolution trend,main communication platform and communication path of the network public opinion of six typical social contradiction events are summarized,and the basic evolution mechanism of social contradiction events is obtained.(3)Based on the detailed reading and analysis of the existing literature,the evolution of public opinion in the network of social contradiction events is divided into three stages,namely,the formation stage,the outbreak stage and the decline stage.12 experts in the field of network public opinion research are invited to grade the tag weight in each stage,so as to calculate the weight of the evolution characteristics represented by different tags in each stage in different stages,respectively depict the three stages of network public opinion portraits,and then intuitively get the evolution characteristics and internal,internal and external of social events in different stages of network public opinion evolution through portraits External drivers.(4)Finally,based on the study of the evolution trend and evolution characteristics of social contradiction events,the evolution mechanism of network public opinion of this type of events is obtained,and then the control strategy with the government as the main executive body is proposed.This paper creatively uses the user portrait theory to depict the portraits of different stages of Internet public opinion,finds out the evolution mechanism of Internet public opinion of social contradiction events,provides a new tool and way for the research in this field,and provides the basis for the government and relevant departments to respond to and guide the Internet public opinion of social contradiction events.
