In recent years,the government has increased its emphasis and support for kindergarten education,and has continuously put forward policies to encourage the development of kindergartens.In addition,in order to alleviate the aging crisis,the government has adjusted its population policy and introduced a policy of comprehensively liberalizing the second child,encouraging births,and the number of newborn babies is increasing at a faster rate.Encouraged and valued by the government,the number of young children has increased and the needs of children in kindergarten are far from being met.Yiyuan kindergarten is facing better development opportunities.However,with the rapid development of society nowadays,parents have put forward higher requirements for the quality of their children's preschool education;at the same time,many self-employed individuals,enterprises and educational institutions have poured into the preschool education industry.Facing fierce industry competition.In the context of the development of Yiyuan Kindergarten,this article explores how Yiyuan Kindergarten should seize the opportunity for development,timely adjust its own development strategy,take advantage of external opportunities,give full play to its own internal advantages,and survive and develop in the fierce industry competition.This article first introduces the background of the development process of Yiyuan kindergarten,points out that there is a huge market space in the preschool education industry,shows that its research is of great significance,and introduces the research methods,strategic management theory and literature reviews used in the research process.The second part analyzes the current situation of Yiyuan Kindergarten,elaborating the general situation,development process,department structure setting,teacher and student management situation and operating income of Yiyuan Kindergarten.This chapter conducts in-depth research and analysis on the management of Yiyuan Kindergarten in many aspects,and lays a preliminary foundation for its development strategy.The third part is a detailed review of the external environment of Yiyuan Kindergarten from five aspects: social environment,policy environment,economic environment,technological environment and industry competition environment;at the same time,the organizational structure,human resources,teaching concepts,enrollment situation of the kindergarten,etc.The internal situation is elaborated;then the SWOT analysis method is used to summarize and analyze the current advantages and disadvantages of Guangzhou Yiyuan Kindergarten and the various opportunities and challenges facing the outside.In the fourth part,combining the various development strategic planning objectives of Yiyuan Kindergarten in the short-term,medium-term and long-term and relevant analysis on the strategic environment of Yiyuan Kindergarten,Yiyuan Kindergarten should adopt an integrated development strategy and expand the scale of the park.Increase market share;while implementing the integrated development strategy,it is necessary to continuously build the core competitiveness of the park.Specific measures include the establishment of two additional parks;the inclusion of childcare services and early education services for children aged 0-3 in the scope of kindergarten operations,the establishment of childcare centers;the establishment of primary schools and transition courses for young children to expand their business upstream.Carry out park extension services,weekend and winter and summer vacation hosting services.In addition,it will build the core competitiveness of the park from the aspects of constructing special courses for children's games,special courses for cultural features in Guangfu,and improving and enriching interest classes.Finally,in order to ensure that the strategic objectives are reached,the corresponding safeguard measures are formulated from four aspects.
