According to the spirit of the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,we realize that the new era is a time of victory,a time of decisive victory,a time of great power and a time of realizing dreams,an era of realizing socialism with Chinese characteristics,an era of realizing well-off society and a socialist modernization power,and an era of realizing it.We should work hard together and create a better life.In the new era,the unstable educational resources of kindergartens can not meet the needs of the people,especially the private high-end kindergartens have a large market demand.With the government increasing the investment in pre-school education,the continuous improvement of policies and regulations,and the continuous development of high-end kindergartens,private kindergartens A have brought us new opportunities for development: short development time,unstable teachers,immature management model and other urgent problems.A Private Kindergarten was founded in 2015 and has about 300 employees.It belongs to a certain education group company.It is one of the important strategic projects of the company in arranging the ecological chain of preschool education industry.It is a practical base based on the understanding and application of employers' demand for talents.It is also a practical base for further exploring post-oriented application.The cradle of professional personnel training mode.It shoulders the bridge linking the training of vocational talents with the needs of employers and professional posts.A certain education group company has a series of pre-school education personnel training product systems,such as professional kindergarten enterprise training curriculum system,University pre-school education professionals training,pre-school education teachers(baby-sitter certificate)kindergarten vocational qualification certificate,etc.It is a well-known enterprise in the pre-school education industry from Guangzhou to Guangdong Province.The former education industry includes the early education market for many years.Based on the theoretical research on the development strategy of A kindergarten,this paper uses Porter's five-force model to analyze the strategy,makes full use of PEST analysis method,understands the development environment of general company and the advantages and disadvantages of A private kindergarten,and uses SWTO analysis method to discuss thedevelopment status quo of A private kindergarten.After expounding the present situation and problems of strategic management in kindergartens,this paper analyzes the problems according to Boston Matrix Method,and constructs an evaluation system from three levels:characteristic construction,manpower management and operation management.Promote us in the new era of the background how to seize the opportunity to play the advantages of private kindergartens,accelerate development,to meet the new era of pre-school education imbalance to make contributions.
