A Study Of Current Situations On Private Kindergarten Principal’s Professional Development In SiChuan Province

With the vigorous development of preschool education, private kindergarten in the whole pre-school education occupies important position is not only supplement to the public schools, has also become a preschool education system an important part. Preschool education stage action plans to achieve results, under the support of national policy, private kindergarten has a unprecedented development. The third chapter in-depth analysis of private kindergarten principals’ professional development problems and the reasons, such as professional knowledge is not clear, the philosophy of education needs to be changed, not a solid professional knowledge and need to be improved; professional ability is not high, actions to be implemented; professional institution is not perfect, the social security should follow up.The fourth chapter from the perspective of philosophy, the development of things is always influenced by subjective factors and objective factors, put forward to promote the private kindergarten professional development strategy reasonable. First, enhance professional awareness, rational understanding of the role of self. Second, the growth of professional knowledge, leading the professional development of kindergarten teachers.
