Three years since the plan of action, preschool education showed vigorous development trend in our country, rural pre-school education also has made great development, but also has some problems, affected the healthy development of the rural preschool education. Therefore, to speed up the construction of villages and towns across the country center kindergarten preschool education and the popularization, narrow the gap between urban and rural education, provide opportunities for the preschool education of rural children, is the inevitable choice of a reality, research on the current situation of the construction of township center kindergarten, to promote the development of rural preschool education, so as to realize the urban and rural pre-school education balanced development and urban and rural education fair is of important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and field observation of tongliao city jarud 4 town center kindergarten development present situation, from the basic construction of township center kindergarten, the teachers troop construction, education teaching situation and home produced situation analysis in the township center kindergarten development present situation, existing problems, and Suggestions are put forward.Tongliao city jarud main problems existing in the township center kindergarten construction are the several aspects: 1, 2, kindergarten teaching kindergarten construction quality not up to standard equipment humble 3, unreasonable personnel fluidity big, teachers, 4 structure instability, black school bus no governance, taking students to and become the main way to 5, the old teaching methods, education idea lag 6, the urban and rural differences lead to loss of outstanding teachers, teachers in ordinary weak basic skills in July and rural parents understanding of preschool education is not enough, can’t play a role.In view of the problems, and puts forward the following Suggestions: 1, broaden the financing channels, increase investment in education, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve the overall level of rural preschool teachers’ 3, make full use of the rural environment, rich in class 4, improving teaching methods, form a rural place characteristic the teaching system of 5, and closely related parents, parents awareness, promote their homes.
