In recent years,various kinds of private education agency emerge in an endless stream,and gradually develop towards standardization and scale.Teachers' teaching service has become a decisive factor restricting the development of education agency.How to carry out effective teacher training and improve the teachers' teaching service is very important for education agency.Hong Education Company,founded in 2001,mainly engaged in examination-oriented education for students of all ages.Although the company has carried out some training for teachers,the teachers' teaching service is still difficult to meet the requirements of students,which has a great negative impact on the realization of the company's business objectives,the establishment of its brand image and the further expansion of its market share.And all of these is urgently needed to be solved by establishing an effective teacher training system.This article takes Hong Education Company as the research object.On the basis of summarizing relevant theories and models of training,reading a large number of relevant references,this paper completes the teacher training system design of Hong Education Company by means of interview and so on.Firstly,this article analyzes the deficiencies in teacher training of Hong Education Company,and considers the mainly problems in teacher training as follows: incomplete teacher training system,imperfect training objectives,unprofessional training team,and incomplete training courses.Secondly,the construction of the teacher training system of Hong Education Company is completed by using the training theories and related models.Using the enterprise strategy panorama and competency iceberg model,the article analyzes the teachers' training demands from three levels: organization,task and personnel.Based on the results of teachers' training demand analysis and combining with the actual situation of the company,the teacher training plan of Hong Education Company was formulated,and the objectives,principles,contents,timing and teacher resources of teacher training were further clarified.According to the different training contents and objects,the teacher training should be organized and implemented with two kinds: teacher training regardless of seniority and teacher training by seniority.And in light of Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation model,the author proposes a program to evaluate the effect of teacher training from four aspects: reaction,learning,behavior and result.Finally,the paper points out the key points of the implementation and the necessary safeguard measures of the teacher training system.In the implementation process,we should realize the dynamic cycle of teacher training system design,strengthen the process control,and emphasize the role of goal orientation.As an organizational guarantee to carry out teacher training smoothly,leaders should attach importance to teacher training,specialists need to be responsible for teacher training,and departments need to communicate and coordinate with each other.As a system guarantee,it is necessary to establish a teacher training code,a teacher training assessment system and a training document system.Besides,it is also necessary to do a good job in resources guarantee and take appropriate incentive measures for teacher training.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Hong Education Company's teacher training,this article points out its deficiencies,constructs a complete teacher training system for Hong Education Company,and points out the key points and organizational guarantee for the smooth implementation of the teacher training system.Expectantly,the research results of this paper can effectively improve the teachers' teaching service of Hong Education Company and further promote the better development of the company.It is also hoped that the teacher training system designed in this article can provide some reference for other education agency to carry out teacher training.
