As an important part of preschool teachers,the professional development of the career change preschool teachers is paid more and more attention.However,the professional level of the career change preschool teachers is generally at a low level,and there are many problems in their professional development.So many provinces and cities adopt the strategy of project training to improve the professional level of the career change preschool teachers.Then,whether and to what extent has the project training improved their professional level?Based on this thinking,researcher conducted this study from the perspective of training effect assessment,hoping to provide some reference to the subsequent post service training of the career change preschool teachers.In this study,questionnaire method and interview method are used to analyze the post service training effect of the career change preschool teachers in Y city and S city by using the Kirkpatrick four-level model.This study takes the first three levels of the Kirkpatrick model,namely the reaction level,learning level and the behavior level to evaluate the post service training effect of the career change preschool teachers.On the basis of this,researcher further discusses the factors that influence the post service training effect of the career change preschool teachers,and then puts forward some suggestions on improving the post service training effect of the career change preschool teachers.To be more specific,it has the following research findings.First of all,after evaluating the post service training effect of the career change preschool teachers based on the Kirkpatrick model,it is found that,from the reaction level,the career change preschool teachers have a higher satisfaction with the training course and the training effect;from the learning level,the career change preschool teachers have a great improvement on professional knowledge but the training effect of the whole staff is not well targeted;from the behavior level,the career change preschool teachers have obvious promotion in class management and game activity organization after the training.Secondly,the analysis of the factors that affecting the post service training effect of the career change preschool teachers finds that the personal factors of the career change preschool teacher have varying degrees of impact on the training assessment at reaction level,learning level and behavior level,the differences of the kindergartens where the career change preschool teachers work at have a certain degree of influence on the training assessment at reaction level and behavior level,and the different areas where the career change preschool teachers are have some effect on the training assessment at behavior level.In the end,researcher provides some advise on improving the post service training effect of the career change preschool teachers:the career change preschool teachers are supposed to enhance their consciousness of professional development,the kindergarten should provide a platform to help the career change preschool teachers transform their training outcome,the training program organizer ought to plan the training course based on the pre-training research and optimize the training process management as well as improve the training resources.
