Primary and secondary teacher training has been carried out for many years,withthe recent focus on the professional development of teachers the evaluation of teachertraining has been paid more and more attention. The author found that the evaluationproblems still exist from primary and secondary schools teachers training. In order toclear the direction of teachers’ professional development and promote the smoothimplementation of training, it is important to build up a set of scientific andreasonable evaluation system about the primary and secondary teacher training.The thesis consists of six parts. The first part include investigating the evaluationactuality of primary and secondary school teacher training,analyzing its problem,expounding the purpose, significance and content of the research. The second part isbout the theoretical basis. The theory include Kirkpatrick’s four-level model oftraining evaluation, adult learning theory, transfer of training theory and professionalstandards for teachers. The third part is about the index system. With practicalexperience the author screens some preliminary index. After a number of consultingthe experts, the author has structured a set of index system which includes four first-grade indexes, eleven second-grade indexes and thirty three third-grade indexes. Byusing analytical hierarchy process method and software named yaahp the weight ofeach index has been ascertained. Selecting evaluation method, enriching evaluationsubjects and ascertaining the mode of operation form the fourth part. The maincontent of the fifth part is establishing the security system. The sixth part mainlyelaborates the achievements and the problems of the research as well as the prospectsfor the follow-up study.The research improved the evaluation system of primary and secondary schoolteacher training, and I hope that the research is of good reference roles in follow-upstudy about evaluation. |
