Research On The Rural Public Sports Facility System In The Old Revolutionary District Of Hubei Province

The revolutionary old districts have made great contributions to the party and the country.Speeding up the construction of old districts is not only a due action to return the masses in the old districts,but also an important responsibility to build a well-off society in an all-round way.At present,there are still discordant factors such as backward economic development,imperfect infrastructure,and unbalanced public services.A comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the discordant factors and the countermeasures to promote the harmonious development of the old districts are of great significance for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and for the people in the old districts to share the development results.Rural public sports facilities are one of the main contents of rural public sports services,and rural public sports services are the weakest part of public services in old revolutionary areas.Therefore,the construction of rural public sports facilities should be given full attention.Based on this,this research uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,field observation methods and other scientific research methods to study the rural public sports facilities system in the revolutionary old district of Hubei Province,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The system of rural public sports facilities in old revolutionary base areas mainly includes five parts: planning,construction,operation,management and guarantee.The construction of a system of rural public sports facilities in the old revolutionary base areas is of great significance to safeguarding the rights and interests of the rural masses in the old revolutionary base areas to share the fruits of development,resolving the contradiction between the increasing demand for and supply of sports facilities for the rural masses in the old revolutionary base areas,improving the level of rural public services in the old revolutionary base areas,and promoting the early completion of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.(2)The planning of rural public sports facilities in old revolutionary base areas is relatively comprehensive,but the layout of site facilities needs to be further improved;The number of site facilities is increasing rapidly,but the types of facilities are relatively single.The operation of nissan mainly serves the masses,but it provides few services supporting the facilities of public sports venues.The village committee is responsible for the daily specific management of public sports facilities,but has not yet formed a clear management system.The policy support for the construction of rural public sports facilities in the old areas is relatively strong,but the capital input is mainly provided by the government,with less participation of social forces.(3)The difficulties and challenges faced by the construction of rural public sports facilities in old revolutionary base areas mainly include: the matching degree of demand and supply of sports facilities for villagers in old revolutionary base areas is low;The scientific nature of planning and site facilities layout is not strong;Lack of organizing activities and guiding services provided by the village committee;The management system of public sports facilities is temporarily absent,and the management personnel are not professional;The main body of fund supply is single wait for a few respects.(4)It is proposed to meet the demand of villagers' sports facilities in old areas by diversifying the supply mode;Improve the government's ability to plan public sports facilities so that the planning of public sports facilities can adapt to the actual situation of rural areas;To improve the supporting services of public sports facilities;To formulate the management system of public sports facilities and train managers;In the policy making process of public sports facilities,the democratization degree should be enhanced.In terms of funds,the government should encourage the society to provide designated assistance to the old rural areas and optimize the construction of public sports facilities system in revolutionary rural areas.
