Badminton,as a net confrontation project, has extremely fast offensive and defensive rhythm transitions during the game. Therefore, badminton players are required to continuously perform speed-changing and changing-direction movements on the court.,Sharp start movement,at the same time on the basis of the steps of pedaling, striding, running, jumping, and then cooperate with the upper limbs to complete continuous hard hitting. Therefore, badminton players are required to have good lower limb strength. In this study,16 athletes of the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Badminton School team were divided into two groups by using experimental methods, testing methods, and mathematical statistics methods. An eight-week intervention. The isomed2000 isokinetic strength test system was used to test the knee joint extensor muscle strength related indicators before and after the intervention. The research and analysis reached the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of the impact of rapid flexion compound training on the MVC ability of knee joint extensors of the badminton athletes, the test results of the control group and the experimental group were improved, but not significantly. At the same time, there were no significant differences in MVC parameters between the experimental group and the control group in the post-test.Therefore,the rapid flexion compound training did not significantly improve the MVC ability of knee flexors of the badminton players in the short term.(2)From the perspective of eccentric contraction, the eccentric contraction of the experimental group had significant differences before and after intervention. After performing rapid telescoping compound training intervention, the eccentric contraction ability of bilateral knee extensors in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that before intervention. At the same time, after the intervention of the experimental group and the control group, there were significant differences in the various indexes of eccentric contraction. After eight weeks of intervention by the two training methods, the performance of the experimental group using the rapid expansion and compound training was significantly higher than the control using the traditional lower limb strength training.group.This shows that the rapid flexion compound training significantly improves the eccentric contraction of knee extensor muscles of badminton players.(3)From the perspective of rapid strength, the peak torque, peak torque-to-weight ratio, relative peak torque, and endurance ratio of the experimental group were significantly significant before and after the intervention under the condition of 180 ° / s concentric contraction of the bilateral knee extensors. The rapid strength of bilateral knee extensor muscles in the experimental group was significantly improved after the intervention of rapid telescopic compound training intervention. At the same time, there was a significant difference in the rapid strength indexes between the experimental group and the control group after intervention. The rapid strength test results of the experimental group using the rapid flexion compound training were significantly higher than the control group using the traditional lower limb strength training. This shows that the rapid flexion compound training significantly improves the rapid strength of knee joint extensor muscles of badminton players.
