Aerobics development has been nearly half a century since 1968,more than 30 years of development in China.Needs in the new rules,new competitive situation,aerobics movement toward high,difficult,the United States and the new direction of development.Athletes want to get good rankings in the game,must be high quality to complete the operation action and difficulty action,the aerobics athlete’s physical quality and physical ability put forward higher requirements.Core strength training is nearly 10 years the focus of the attention and research both at home and abroad,this paper by comparing the core strength training under the steady state and unsteady state of core strength training results,explore two state of core strength training methods to the effects of the core muscle group calisthenics athletes training set to fit the development of aerobics athlete core strength training program,to provide high levels of aerobics athlete’s core strength training theory and practice foundation.This article mainly USES literature method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and experimental method.10 in hunan normal university sports college aerobics classes women as experimental objects,divided into the first division and group b,8-week experimental training,students’ implementation of stability(fixed)core strength training methods,implementation of unsteady b core strength training method(based on the Swiss ball).
