Students' physical and mental health is the performance of a nation's vigorous vitality and the basic embodiment of the improvement of a country's comprehensive national strength.With the development of China's social economy,the nutrition level of students has been significantly improved,but at the same time,the students' physical quality has continued to decline,the obesity rate continues to rise and other problems.Therefore,in order to understand and improve the students' physical health level,work in the physical health monitoring in our country,but many disadvantages exist in the current physical health monitoring,such as in the traditional physical health monitoring process,monitoring mechanism does not reach the designated position,testers,passive,monitoring device is unqualified,the test data is not real,monitoring process is not scientific disadvantages constantly emerging,such as the constitution to implement far from achieving the purpose of health monitoring.To this end,this study proposed the use of third-party monitoring to improve students' physical health monitoring.In this study,the third party monitoring model of physical health of primary and middle school students in Shanghai was taken as the research object.Through the third party monitoring experiment in jiading district,the advantages and disadvantages of the third party monitoring were explored,so as to provide a research basis for the third party to better complete the physical health monitoring work in the future and to collect the real physical health data of students.This study through the literature material law,expert interview method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,the physical health of students third-party monitoring model is studied,the results are as follows: first,school leaders and students of the third party test value degree is high,the school leadership attaches great importance to the test pass and test security,mostof the students attach importance to the physical health of their own;Second,teachers and students have a high degree of satisfaction with the test equipment.The main reason for teachers' dissatisfaction is that the equipment is not conducive to students' testing.The main reason for students' dissatisfaction is that they are not familiar with the test equipment.Thirdly,teachers and students are satisfied with the test environment.Teachers and students generally report that during the test process,some problems will occur,such as the long test time of some items,the over-concentration of the tested personnel and the chaotic scene.Fourth,teachers and students have a high degree of satisfaction with the professionalism of the test personnel,the explanation satisfaction and the site guide,but there are still a small number of teachers and students are not satisfied;Fifthly,there is very little cheating in the test process.The supervision of the test work is relatively in place,and the quality control of the test data is carried out.Sixth,the main form of testing in schools is in-class testing.Most teachers agree that the third-party monitoring results should be included in the teacher performance assessment.The third-party testing takes about 15 minutes for each class.Seventh,the third party test results only feedback to the teacher,and the overall student's body shape,physical quality,body function feedback and evaluation.According to the above research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Advantages of the third-party physical health monitoring model for primary and middle school students in Shanghai: it causes schools to pay attention to physical health testing and enables students to establish a correct view of testing;The test result is good;The monitoring personnel are highly professional;High reliability of test data;High test efficiency;The test data are timely for school feedback,and students are analyzed and evaluated at the overall level.(2)The deficiency of the third-party physical health monitoring model for primary and middle school students in Shanghai: lack of communication and assistance with schools;Part of the test equipment and test environment layout to be improved;Monitoring personnel mobility is large,lack of incentive mechanism;The feedback of test data to students is not timely,and there is a lack of personal health evaluation and intervention for students.Recommendation:(1)Strengthen the communication and assistance between the third party monitoring agency and the school.(2)Third-party monitoring should select test equipment under the concept of "people-oriented",and conduct scientific research on the quantity selection and layout of test equipment to improve the test environment.(3)To establish a third party monitoring team for students' physical health.(4)Upgrade the functions of the third-party monitoring network service platform for students' physical health.(5)In the development of the third-party monitoring model of students' physical health,the standards of normalization and sustainability,openness,fairness and justice,independence,people-oriented and scientific should be followed;To grasp the good opportunity of national policy intervention;And guarantee their independence.
